Location was great. Service was great. Rooms were clean, but very, very small. Would only recommend if you have one person. We had two beds and two people. There was barely room for our suitcases. No dressers and bathroom counter was only as large as the sink. Sink did not have any cold water, but shower was ok. Definitely way too small for a family.

A hotel with an excellent location. The staff is friendly. Breakfast is good and has different options. It was very easy to get to different attractions on foot or using the MARTA system. They have a small convenience store with many things in case you require something: drinks, ready-to-eat food, snacks, etc. We traveled as a family with an 8-year-old child and had an excellent time. The beds were very comfortable. They could improve the cleanliness of the room a little. Thanks for everything. Greetings from Costa Rica.

This is a very nice hotel that is conveniently located in downtown Atlanta. I read the reviews before going so I was a little nervous. After staying for 3 days I don't know where those people that wrote those bad reviews stayed but it wasn't here. I did have a little bump in the road when I first checked in with one of the front desk personnel but after that all of the staff was great to say the least. I believe there was a language barrier and she was frustrated that she couldn't speak English very well. The breakfast is great and the proximity to Olympic park is great. is there homeless people around? Yes, but where isn't there a problem with homelessness? This is a great, convenient and affordable place to stay. The room was large with plenty off space for 4 adults. If people think these rooms are small they have not been to a major city before. The front desk worker "Petrice" (spelling) was very nice and professional. He should be the head manager as he was a pleasant individual who would help you in anyway. Police presence is everywhere.

Great location to explore downtown Atlanta, nearly everything is walkable. Parking is very expensive, although the valets were super nice and friendly, I might recommend trying to find your own. Rooms were small (single queen) and the walk in shower leaked like crazy as the lip on the edge wasn’t high enough to catch the shower curtain (curtain was made for a full height tub). Patrice at the front desk was amazing, friendly, always kind and helpful, and even got us a late check out when we both got sick out last day there. Breakfast was so-so, some more rotation in the hot items would be nice. I think the rooms were expensive for what they are, so I’d recommend shopping around, but you’ll be satisfied with the stay here.

The hotel is right in the heart of downtown. A lot of fun things are in walking distance. The room itself was VERY VERY small (2 queen beds). No dressers, and a very small bathroom. The room also had a very weird smell. The customer service was really good though. If you drive you do have to pay $33 per day for valet parking. Personally, I would not stay here again. But, if you want to be close to downtown for a cheap price it is worth it.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
