Stay was great. Room was cozy. But the wait for the elevator was somewhat ridiculous. Since you have 1 elevator; I would highly suggest for housekeeping not to use between 10-11:15 am. Myself and some others were waiting what felt like forever!

Worst check in ever. Unattentive front desk employees that simply do not care. When we asked for a manager, she said one isn’t available and didn’t even bother calling one. Worst Holiday Inn we ever been in and we have been loyal members for years. The security lady plays in her phone, I am pregnant and was running out of breath trying to get inside from the backdoor, she didn’t even bother looking my way - I had to go around the hotel. Just awful experience. I’d never come back or recommend this place to anyone. I do hope higher management takes a good look at this comment and improves the quality of this place.

Rooms were great and excellent service at the front desk. The only downside was the parking. I am driving a tall company truck and the parking is like parking garage style. My truck (10'-4") cleared by a foot and luckily there was parking available in the tall area. But if that area had been full in that limited tall area, I don't know where I could've parked. I would definitely stay there again if I'm in a normal height vehicle.

The hotel was nice and the room was clean, but when it comes to money the hotel is crooked. I stayed in for one night on 11/10/2023 and checked out the next day. They were so pressed to have a $150 deposit. It's now been about a week and a half and still don't have my money back on my card. I called already and so say "The system didn't release my money" which is a lie, they didn't do their part. They want your money to hold, but dont want to return it. I will be calling back and it won't be so nice of a call like the first time.

The two stars is because of the first stay,,, stay here this week because I don’t Want to drive home a hour away. StayEd 12/2 then again 12/8 made reservations from the car went in to Get my room Minutes later Was informed my reservation was made on wrong day sat in lobby 45 minutes chatting with customer service about how I didnt want to cancel just pay difference and move the date. Not possible had to get another room. Pay more money. No refund or changes even though it was minutes. before. Paid for the new reservation because I didn’t want to sleep in my car with my daughter. And I had to be back to work that next morning by 8am, desk clerk said money or another room would be option next day, not true. somi lost my money. my daughter didn’t rest either Because a roach Woke her out of her Sleep crawling on her pillow!!! wont Happen again! Nope! And I really liked This place Picked it over 2 others☹️ wish I could have got the picture!!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
