We loved our stay at Holiday Inn Express and Suites Novena. We booked a Suite with Kitchenette which was very spacious for our family of 3. The room was extremely neat and clean. It had a queen bed enough for 2 adults and another sofa bed in a seperate room, which our 9 yo son used comfortably. The mattress on the sofa bed could have been better though. The bathroom was well equipped with all the necessities, extra towels and most importantly a bidet! The suite had a little kitchenette with microwave, mini fridge, a small dining table and cutlery, which was perfect to bring food from outside during meal times. We got the room on the highest floor so the view of the city was amazing too. We had additionally booked a standard room for the first and last night of a 5 night trip, as we were landing early and checking out late night. Mr. Richard was nice enough to give us the suite early on the day we checked in, instead of the standard room we had booked, since it was available. Unfortunately as the hotel was fully booked, we could not continue in the suite on the final night. We moved to the standard room on the last day; but again, they gave us the room early so we could move our luggage and head out for the day. The standard room however, is much smaller than the suite. It is also not sound proof. We could clearly hear our neighbors and it was disturbing during the night. It is probably ideal for one night or single or business travellers who won't have a lot of luggage or spend too much time in the room. So we were happy to be there for just a few hours. Again, the room and bathroom was very neat. The only aspect where the hotel falls short, is breakfast. The options are very limited and repetitive, including fresh fruits and vegetables. In the 4 mornings we were there, we had the same breakfast every alternate day. It would be great if they increased the spread and options. Other than that, our stay was great at this hotel and we would highly recommend staying here.

I’ve done my fair share of travelling and this was by far the best, friendliest hotel staff I have ever met. Everyone from the reception to the cleaners did an amazing job and made us feel very welcome. Rooms and bathrooms are very modern and clean, and the cleaning staff do a great job keeping it so. Very comfortable beds, with one firm and one soft pillow so you can choose for yourself. Area is very quiet with nice views. About a 10 minute walk to two metro stations so commuting around is very easy. Will definitely be staying there again!

Five stars in all category. Loved the awesome place with very kind staff, clean rooms, good location. Breakfast had a lot of vegetarian options. Little India is close by. Will definitely book this hotel again and will recommend to all my friends.

Soundproofing was absolutely terrible. Every door was made to slam when you let it go, and there was a very inconsiderate PRC family staying on the same floor who would let their kids run scream and shout on the corridors every morning at 6 AM with doors slamming over a dozen times. It’s worse than a hostel and i lost sleep every night for ALL 3 nights. Room small but adequate, breakfast half decent, but the soundproofing was an absolute deal breaker as it was the worst sleep i’ve had in years. Will never return

There is a lot to see in Singapore. This hotel is situated in a quiet place. Bus stand is near by. If u want to be in a busier/attractive place, select something along the southern coast Average rooms. Clean tooms. Good continental breakfast. Lunch and Diinner don't have vegetarian options.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
