This hotel was our home for one week, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It is conveniently located near a major highway, which made it easy for us to visit downtown Atlanta. Although there is an apartment complex construction nearby and constant traffic on I-85, it was surprisingly quiet, and we rested very well. I particularly appreciated that they tidied up our room every day, even without us asking. The staff was very kind and helpful, and the parking lot was well-lit, making us feel very safe. We will definitely return if we have business in Atlanta again.

The quality of the rooms at this hotel are way below the average hotels in Atlanta. In addition to the bed, feeling like straight up springs, the fire alarm went off while I was in The shower, because the bathrooms are small and crammed. Additionally, the whole downstairs and lobby smelled like weed, and when I requested a refund due to my discomfort for the day and leaving someplace else, the management was very strict on their policy with no flexibility. Although, they also cannot offer me a higher quality, or better room to stay in. As a solo female traveler, I did not feel safe in this location, and if safety is important to you, I advise you select a different hotel.

12/20/2023 around 2 am I was stranded in the parking lot waiting for roadside. It was 30 degrees outside so I went inside to the and the hotel lobby to warm up while I wait. I guess he judged me based on my attire and the receptionist forced me to leave in the cold. I have stayed in this hotel before and they lost a future customer.

Unfortunately if there was zero stars. Had to move rooms 3 times. Homeless sleeping in lobby then helping themselves to breakfast. Something wrong with the plumbing. Had to take cold showers. Never again! I will let everyone college parent know my experience. Never complain! This was unacceptable and nothing can be done. Called GM nothing she can do. Never expected this from a Holiday Inn!

Joanne was great. She helped me change my reservation without a penalty after I messed up. The room was the best I've been in, and breakfast was nice. Joanne was always cheerful and always greeted me when she saw me. Thank you, Joanne, it was a very pleasant stay!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
