        Fantastic stay, convenient location, highly recommend! Newly built/renovated with 5 star quality rooms minus the non-essential fluffy robes, slippers, stocked mini bar or toiletries (though you can ask reception for some). Room was ultra clean with quality high thread count sheets and a choice between soft or firm pillows. Room had innovative touches like the handy nightlight in the bathroom and the bathroom door that doubles as the shower door so the toilet & sink can still be used when the shower is in use. Rooms include breakfast which had all your staples. Hot selection included scrambled eggs, chicken sausages, bacon, baked beans, hash browns and pancakes. Other breakfast options included cereal, fresh fruit, juices and a small selection of pastries.

        Reception not customer focused as staff great their guest with blank expression or total disregard. Buffet breakfast requires patience and tolerance to navigate peak time. Comfortable rooms with good views. Great location to walk the CBD sights & attractions. A good rate over the holiday season.

        Prime location. Everything you need is in the walking distance. Front desk staff was really friendly, Hazel checked us in. We had a really good view of the Auckland tower from our room on the 19th floor. Subway station is at a walking distance as well. Rooms are smaller compared to other hotels but were always kept clean. Complementary breakfast was decent. Housekeeping staff we encountered one day didn’t speak any English, it was really hard to communicate but we called front desk to request room clean up and they were able to accommodate. All in all a decent stay.

        Parking is terrible. The hotel offers a deal with the car park next door, if you park and leave during certain times. It's still a bit pricey. If you arrive late, like many international flights do in Auckland, the car park may not be open and you'll have to call to get access. There isn't convenient access from the car park to the hotel either, you have to exit to the street to get back and forth. Hotel is what it is. Good service. Good rooms. Free breakfast, with a decent offering. Could use some additional fruit/veggie options, but not bad for a free breakfast. We have younger children, thankfully. The room we were in (I'm not sure if they are all like this) had a frosted glass wall that was the only thing separating the bathroom from the sleeping area. Would have been a bit more inconvenient with older children or maybe if you're on a trip with friends. Overall, a good hotel. I'd probably look elsewhere with a family in the future. The free breakfast is mainly what attracted us.

        Excellent hotel, breakfast included in price. Staff are efficient and rooms are clean and quiet. Bathroom walls are all opaque glass, which is a bit odd, but overall one of the better hotel options.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
