        I enjoyed my stay here. It's a no frills hotel that seems to be in a new building. Everything looks well kept and clean. There is a big open area on the ground floor with tables that is used for meals but also to hang out. The rooms are excellent, especially at this price point. The location is a bit far from any public transit, so guests will likely need to walk or take a Grab. The upside of this is that it's in a quieter area of the city, away from all the traffic and tourist traps. The air conditioner in the room is a bit loud.

        If you are looking for a fancy experience then this may not be the place for you. However, this hotel is great value for money! Staff (reception, waiters, janitors) are friendly and make you feel welcome. Rooms are clean. The location is also good if you have any issues at Bangkok Hospital. Highly recommend!!

        The breakfast buffet is terrible. Showed up at 930 one morning and ALL, I mean ALL the food was gone...even the rice! That's unheard of in Thailand. I'm not kidding when I say that it took over 30 minutes to start replenishing the food, and that's after I talked to a few of the workers, who were very lazy, too. After they finally started bringing some food out, one by one, in tiny little increments, I started to taste the food. The eggs were so runny, I told my clients they should be in a Marathon! All kidding aside, this hotel gives Holiday Inn's around the world a bad name. I love staying in Holiday Inn's, they are usually great, this one was deplorable, especially the buffet. On a Sunday morning, you know it's going to be busy with people going in and out of the hotel, come on, be prepared, instead I was embarrasing in front of important people. How would you like to be in that siuation, well, on this day, I was horrified at this place.

        Not an ideal hotel to stay when on vacation. It’s far from all the hustle and bustle of Bangkok city. It’s close to Soi Cowboy and RCA but personally I felt like it was waste of real estate by the property. They have a roof deck which is covered by tall plantings (so no view). Could have easily fit a pool but won’t do as it’s ‘Express’ hotel. Staff were welcoming, breakfast was good. This would be perfect hotel for you if you are in Bangkok for hospital visit (Bangkok Hospital).

        Overall a pretty good experience. The free breakfast was very delicious and had a wide variety of food. The bed was firm, but comfy. However, one complaint I have is there is a glass wall shared by the shower and the bedroom area. It is frosted, but you can still see vaguely in. Not ideal if you're sharing a room. The location is also not the best.
