        It was a little off-route for us but our destination, a convention, was about 15m away by walk. It's on a walking distance from central station. The rooms are clean and everything is in order. My faucet was kinda leaking but if I twisted it slightly it stopped. The window could not open but there is a good working climate control. I always like to open my window a little bit to prevent the air from getting dry. The service was okay. Nothing to note here. Not overly helpfull but not bad either. Just right. The breakfast was okay. I am not really used to water treated with chlorine and thus the coffee, for me personally, was not really great. The rest of the breakfast was good. Croissants being my personal favorite as they were freshly baked. All and all, a good stay for the our couple of days in Brussel and would recommend.

        I found that the rooms and bathrooms were very clean and new. In the room a hairdryer, iron and ironing board were provided, and there was a TV. I stayed for 2 nights and found that the accommodation was good. Breakfast was served near the lobby and had a good variety of cereals, vegetables, cheese and ham etc. The location is spectacular. There is a gorgeous Church, Square and Metro nearby. It has cafes, restaurants and supermarkets all within a short distance.

        Basic rooms and rude staff who really don’t care if your stay is comfortable or pleasant. A bag was thrown away by housekeeping that had receipts in as we were using it in room to keep paper in and I can only assume they thought it was rubbish as there was only one bin in the bathroom, but we had not finished with it. And they were not particularly clean rooms with uncomfortable beds and pillows. We were given twin beds which apparently is pot luck when you book a standard room. When we were told they were fully booked and nothing to be done and shown no common courtesy let alone basic customer service skills or pleasantries by manager and a member of staff who just wanted to go home as his shift was ending. In the end we moved the beds to the other side of the room to try and accommodate ourselves as it was my husband’s birthday trip. We asked for a double bed cover at least, which we know they have as they have rooms with double beds but again they would not even do that as this request was ignored as this was never provided. It was clear that as long as they get their money they are satisfied but customer satisfaction is not high on their agenda at all. Certainly would not recommend or book with them again.

        Not too far from the grand place, the perfect location to explore Brussels centre. Rooms are clean and tidy, though would benefit a mini fridge and more sound proofing, doors tend to clatter when closing so guests arriving later can wake you.

        Great location especially for Christmas markets. Modern, clean rooms quite small but have everything you need and big shower. Staff seem very good. Buffet breakfast was good, plenty of it
