Was a little early in my arrival (always a possibility on holidays), but after that little effort, the staff were able to organise a room and I could then check in. Convenient enough location for what I had generally planned to do, although felt like a bit of a walk down to the waterfront, for those whose activities might be based closer there. Was happy to see that the curtains crossed over in the middle to help keep light out better, especially at night, although as with seemingly more and more hotels, no face washers in the bathroom. Well enough to choose from for breakfast, and my staple - muesli - was not bad. Unfortunately, the gym appeared inaccessible on two of the days, so may have ended up running outside on one day and just running around in figured of right in my room the other day. Will be returning to the hotel, and hopefully the weather is better so that the simple choice will be to run outside.

Lovely staff at this hotel and good options for breakfast. Our room was clean and large enough to comfortably accommodate me and my mother. The bed an pillows were nice, I got a good night's sleep every night. Shower was nice, good water pressure and temperature and it had a detachable shower head which I always prefer. The staff behind the check-in desk and in the breakfast hall were lovely. The helped us out on numerous occasions. Our safe was broken and a repairman was sent without any issues. Since the hotel is not in the safest area, it was also great that one of the staff guys walked outside for us to check if the car we saw was our correct uber, it truly made us feel safe. The location of the hotel was good for my mom and I seeing as the bus stop for the hop-on hop-off is very close by. Just be aware that after 7pm its not super safe to walk around alone, make sure to get an uber back to the hotel.

The staff here are excellent. The rooms are small and boxes in between buildings. The hotel is very central and excellent value for money The breakfast is great and free which is the best part of staying here And the hotel is reasonably priced. The hidden gem is on the ground floor a test NOT a part of the hotel called Miriams. It is one of the most reasonably priced and tastiest food in town.

We were received by a very friendly car portier that park our car. The front of house manager was very professional and we felt welcome. He ordered is take aways and also served us at the bar. Rooms are nice and warm. Breakfast parcel were ready for us the next morning. We will definitely visit Holiday Inn Express again. Good value for money.

She is an absolute delight and such a pleasant person. The location was so convenient to travel to all tourist sites, would definitely be going back for future visits. Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
