The room is big for Hong Kong standards, however there are signs of aging in the room we got (Rm 1803) with cracks in the wall and stains in the bathroom. The bed is nice and soft and you have 2 options for a pillow with soft and hard. The TV has mostly local Chinese channels with very few English channels available (Sky News and Bloomberg only). The staff was very nice and courteous and even helped us in how to get to various tourists spots. The breakfast is very limited with only 4 choices, and its all Chinese style breakfast (no Western breakfast available) and it does not change day to day always the same 4. Its a great stay for families.

Loved our stay! Our rooms were cleaned daily, and the staff kindly provided us with two extra bottles of water on a day when we couldn't request cleaning. Only wish there was more variety on the breakfast menu. :)

Excellent location & service. They were kind enough to lend us Hong Kong adapters, late check out at no added cost, and gave us ice when we requested for it. They also helped us book a cab to the airport. Breakfast is free & simple -- don't expect a wide spread or anything too special, but it's good enough to start your day, along with the orange juice and coffee. It is walking distance to Times Square and very near the Causeway Bay MRT. There are lots of excellent places nearby to shop and have a meal. Rooms are clean, and as long as you don't have any XXL luggage, you will fit comfortably.

We loved our 3 nights at the hotel. Early check-in at 11h was granted (IHG GOLD) which is super convenient as we arrived from Europe early in the morning. Super friendly staff. Thanks for the warm welcome Rooms are not new, but definitely ok given the location in the middle of CWB. I've seen smaller rooms in HK But: The whole breakfast setup is rather poor. The quality is low. The orange juice is full of sugar and shines as radioactive. The coffee doesn't deserve the name. Other than the staff at the front desk, here they are just eager to process the people. In 2 out of 3 nights they forgot my order and my partner was finished before I even started.... A Starbucks voucher would have been the better option

We had a pleasant stay here. Keeping in mind this is a budget hotel, everything was very reasonable - rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, and service was good. Hotel offers a choice between breakfast sets or McDonald's or Starbucks gift vouchers. We opted for gift vouchers as they're actually more flexible and there are plenty of delicious cheap breakfast options in Hong Kong. Location is good for business as it's very close to Times Square offices. Also good for tourism as close to ding ding station and lots of department stores. There is a very small gym with treadmill and cycling machine. Although it's a budget hotel they provided some recognition for Platinum status with welcome drink and snack. One advice is that I noticed the price of the hotel dropped greatly in the month or so prior to check in. Since I'd booked a refundable stay, I simply cancelled and rebooked with lower price.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
