This hotel was great! It's smaller and cozier. Perfect location to everything on the mag mile and downtown. The staff couldn't have been friendlier. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was super convenient! Highly recommend!

Older hotel but updated. Rooms are small but what you'd expect from an older hotel. Bathrooms are tiny. Our room number ended with 05. You may want to avoid these rooms because the elevators back up to it and you can hear them running all night. Breakfast was your typical Holiday Inn Express breakfast and was good. Just a couple of blocks from Michigan Avenue, so the location was good. We were here for surgery at Northwestern hospital and we walked. Not a bad walk with decent weather. Probably 5 or 6 blocks.

My mother and I stayed at the Holiday Inn express Magnificent Mile Downtown Chicago NYE weekend. We really enjoyed our stay with nothing but wonderful things to say regarding the team and their friendliness, the cleanliness of the hotel and room and the location was ideal for our visit. I would definitely and already have recommended this location to family and friends who travel and I will definitely Italy be returning sooner than later. Thank you for the amazing service! Mary C

This hotel is right near Chicago's Magnificent Mile, and we could walk everywhere. Parking was $30 through Spot Hero for 24 hours, which is very reasonable in downtown Chicago. The room and bathroom are very small but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was crowded, but the food was okay. There was a lot of street noise even on the 8th floor. Fortunately, I brought ear plugs so it didn't keep me awake. I would stay here again.

The location is great, includes a decent breakfast, bed is comfy and room is clean. The room is very small. We booked a two bedroom and not only did they not have it but they said they over booked and gave away our room. Lucky they did give us a room with one bed but our children had to sleep on the floor in an already tiny room.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
