The hotel is nice enough, but missing a lot of amenities. There is no way to clean your laundry unless you need dry cleaning, which is still a drive 10 minutes away. They charged us an additional fee per person on arrival as well as a parking fee, which was significant. We'd paid ahead of time and these fees were not mentioned.

Rooms are functional and big enough. Have a desk and a sofa-chair to relax. Bathroom is done well. Breakfast is with more than enough choices. I am sure there is something for everyone. Location is close to exhibition center and to the Zeppelin hangar where you can take a ride on same named airship. Even there is a bus stop at road in front of the Hotel car park Plot you better have car if you go there. Carpark is free.

My impression of Holiday Inn Express is that they focus on the essentials, which this location certainly does better than most. The room was clean and in excellent condition, also very quiet despite facing the street. Breakfast has sufficient variety with enough seating. Location is good for anyone visiting the expo as its only a short walk away, so you don't need deal with the hassle of parking on site. As for downsides, lack of fridge is still disappointing because vending machines have limited selection and prefer to pick my drinks from a grocery store. The parking lot is rather small and during my stay I observed it getting full, with people then having to park on grass. Room service is definitely where cost-cutting is visible as it is not performed unless you specifically request it by hanging the note on your door handle, which might catch some people off guard as they wonder why room is not cleaned during the day.

For our needs, traveling south by car, the hotell did the trick. With nice and clean room with a good bed and A/C, we were ready to get back on the road after a desent breakfast. I was worried about noise from the airport, but did not notice any noise even thou our windows faced the direction of the airport. Only drawback was the parking fee, even thou parking is stated as free on Google. But we got our moneys worth, as we could plug in and charge our electric vehicle for free.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
