Do not make a reservation at this hotel!! I just arrived at 11pm after a long flight. When I arrive at the hotel, the gentlemen upfront tells me “your reservation cannot be found.” After pulling up the confirmation email they just sent me YESTERDAY, he says my reservation was cancelled due to overbooking or a credit card issue?? I have my 4 year old with me and now have no where to stay at 11 o’clock at night. Everywhere is obviously booked being the night of. I have never experienced of a hotel cancelling your reservation due to overbooking and not notifying you. After reading reviews, it appears this is a common issue. I expect more from a chain hotel like Holiday Inn. I made this reservation 5 months ago so I could ensure a safe place to stay for me and my son. I will no longer reserve holiday Inns after this experience. I leave out early in the morning for a cruise and holiday inn has left me stranded.

This hotel was very clean. If you are looking for somewhere to stay before going on a cruise from Port Everglade, this is a great option. It's a stones throw away from the port. Took us less than 10 minutes to get there. Breakfast is included, and they have hot chocolate in the evening.

Rooms were what you would expect (decent) with the smell of pool water. You become blind pretty quickly to it, tho. However, the breakfast was definitely a 10/10 for me, reasonably timed 06:00 to 10:00. Good quality as well with a decent variety for a hotel of this caliber. Wasn't a 5 because of the rooms overwhelmed smell of chlorine at first. Everything else was spot on.

Would strongly discourage Corporate Bookings in this Hotel. The hotel thinks if your company is paying for your stay they can undoubtedly misbehave, as you are not paying for your own stay. I was booked for a stay here along with 5 more crew members waiting to join a vessel. Our vessel was being indefinitely delayed so our stay was being extended by the company everyday depending on the vessel's schedule. One fine day there was a delay from the company to extend our stay since the vessel had not arrived, we were extended a courtesy by the hotel to stay until late check-out time and then we were forced out of our rooms saying they would call 911 if the rooms were not vacated within 5 mins. We politely vacated the rooms and waited in the hotel's lobby for the situation to be sorted, which was finally cleared by our company but one of the front desk staff had the audacity to tell us that he would cancel the extension of our stay even if he receives the confirmation from our company just cuz I tried to tell that person that he does not have to be rude. This is not what one expects from a renowned Hotel Chain such as Holiday Inn.

Rooms are slightly dated and carpet smells very weird. Customer service is meh at best and the manager is absolutely rude. While I didn't interact with him personally I witnessed him speaking to another guess. All in all if need something for an overnight stay near the cruise port it's a roof over your head but I'd advise you to look else where.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
