This hotel is located in the heart of Savannah’s Historic District. We snagged a great deal on a same day arrival for less than a $140.00 (favor)… The room was clean, comfortable, and cozy. Everyone greeted us with a smile. Mrs. Gail, Ms. Abby, and the cook Mrs.Alma were all exceptional during our breakfast experience. I noticed a food inspection rating of 100 (A). These ladies are serious about providing good food for a variety of palates and health requirements (gluten free section), and good service. The food was very tasty. We’re looking forward to staying here again soon.

Nice rooms. We dropped a glass bottle in the bathroom at 9am and asked for supplies to clean up. They said no we will come get it. We left at 10 still nothing. After lunch we called at 3pm to ask again about cleaning and nothing. So after dinner I stopped at the front desk and said someone is going to follow me up and clean it. After they came and cleaned the bathroom, the person swept the glass out in the hallway. Seems people in charge have no clue and just let their employees do whatever they want. But this is where we are in this country people want big pay but have no idea about customer service. For this very reason I don't go on vacations, I can't stand idiots with no clue about customer service.

This hotel is right in the heart of the Savannah action. Easily walkable to the river area as well as the multiple squares, parks, markets and attractions in historic Savannah. We opted for a river view room on the 8th floor and were NOT disappointed. We really enjoyed watching all the street and river activity during the short times we were in our room. Seeing a loaded cargo container ship float by is like watching a giant dinosaur strolling by your window! This hotel was always clean. And the check in area always smelled amazing. An ample breakfast was available everyday. Parking was the only downside. Parking is difficult for the entire historic area. There are several garages available near. We just opted for the valet service for the convenience. I’d stay here again on future visits.

Everything was good. Staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was well done. Nice view of the river and the convention center from our room. However, one day, the supposed "concierge" finally admitted she worked for one of the tour companies she was pushing repeatedly during our conversation. I had stopped to inquire about the dot free shuttle service offered by the city and all her comments and questions related to the tour offered by her company. Shouldn't a concierge be more helpful than that and not have such an obvious agenda? We walked away. We didn't even bother to speak to the concierge the next day, even though it was a different person.

The location is perfect, the rooms are very nice and clean, and there is parking next door which is much cheaper than the valet parking. It costs us 30$ to park for almost 3 days and it was bot far of a walk at all. The location is very central to riverstreet and the shops on main street. The free breakfast was pretty good with a decent variety of hot and prepackaged foods. It gets very packed on the weekends though so try to get there early. The staff is very efficient and works hard to keep the food coming. The beds were comfortable amd the shower was the best part of the room! It was huge with a glass door and Dove products. The staff was great too. We would definitely stay again!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
