Beautiful hotel! Staff was really nice. Brian checked us in and was super sweet. He went above and beyond to accommodate us. The pool was really warm, the nicest I've been in. Hot tub was a little small but it did it's job. Will definitely stay here again!!

Hotel was undergoing major renovation in November, entire first floor. Lot of construction dust. They were managing it well. Room on second floor was acceptable and clean. Major issue was the shuttle to the cruise port. When I made the reservation, I was not told about the fee. Nor when I actually took the shuttle the next morning. The fee was somewhat reasonable, but they should have told me in advance. Walking distance to Avis as well as restaurant next door.

We found the staff to be exceptionally attentive. From our late check in, to the guy who stopped to chat during breakfast to the lady who arranged our shuttle to the cruise ship! All were excellent (shuttle picks up at this hotel … not all hotels have it! FYI). Definitely a great location too - right across from the pier!! 😎

Could have informed when booking that construction was going on in the breakfast area and lobby. Basically construction dust and filth everywhere. I always get up early and go to lobby to watch news so my wife can sleep in. Couldnt do that because there was no televisions in the common area.You expect coffee to be ready you wake up and go to lobby. NOT!! front desk guy is busy being outside smoking at least 3 times when I passed thru. Just a few feet from entrance door. We stay Holiday inn express exclusively when we travel. This is the worst I have ever stayed at . Come on guys, you can do better. On a bright note the man that checked us in was very pleasant. Also the pictures are very misleading to what it really looks like.

Aside from the front end staff, this has to be the worst stay we've ever had. We were aware of the construction, but good grief, did our room need remodeled. The bathtub was so narrow that when you stood in it, both feet were on the tub walls, at an angle. The tub cracks were painted over and the drain was falling apart. One sign said the pool was open until 11, then another said until dusk. They had us vacate the pool at 8. Almost all the lights by the pool were burnt out. They had construction material by the pool, with what appeared to be a washer and dryer being installed and not cordened off, even with it's exposed wires. For the price we paid, we were severely disappointed. Again, the front desk staff were outstanding, but that was it.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
