I had a short stay here for business. The room was nice and clean, but not totally soundproof. I still could hear my neighbors talking loudly. The facilities were quite good. I just didn't like the restaurant area for breakfast because it wasn't spacious enough in case of full occupancy. The taste of the food was just fine. The security staff were all helpful, but I had an unpleasant impression of the receptionist on the first day as she was rather unfriendly and gave me incomplete standard info, like no info for breakfast hours, etc. Well, the check-in process was fast, but it would be great if the tenant was welcome in a friendly manner. And, it turned out my friend who checked in earlier than me also said the same thing. On the last day, I met a different receptionist, and she was friendly, so it's good to fix my unpleasant experience. As for elevators, there weren't many in the hotel, but they were fast; you don't have to wait long to use it. However, the card reading systems in the elevator wasn't good enough; Even though I didn't have any problems myself, 3 of my friends had to change their cards several times as the cards couldn't be read. Overall, this hotel can be a good option if you have business purposes in the JIExpo building area because it's so close.

This one is hard to review and be fair because there are highs and lows. Firstly it is in a good position to walk to the exhibition centre but not much else around. The hotel generally is in good condition and clean, staff are friendly and helpful too. Bedrooms very comfortable but my room faced over to the arena and during my stay there was a very loud music festival until 1 am each day so not easy to rest after working all day. The most disappointing thing is that there is no bar as it is not licensed and the food is fairly limited. To be honest I even gave up on the paid for breakfast and just went next-door to the lovely Starbucks. It would be generous to give it 3 out of 5 but in fairness, it is an 'Express' hotel so you expect facilities to be less than a regular international hotel. The good news is that they are building a pool for next year, let's hope it comes with a bar!

Stayed for 2 nights here for work. Rooms are average, overall reasonably clean and comfortable, though I have stains on my bedsheet. The walls are very thin, you can hear your neighbors if they talk a bit loud. Not much facilities, no pool, nor anything else around the hotel that was worth staying inside for - basically stay here just to be close to the expo because it’s only a few minutes’ walk. Had a late lunch in the hotel’s only restaurant, and we waited an hour for our food to be served. Food was good, but could also be because we were already so hungry!

Easy to find off the toll and there was lots of space for parking but the access is very narrow, so the guard will help you drive up the curved slope. The checkin was simple. The room was ok, no fridge but no rooms have a fridge. The TV channels limited and a small TV. The room was old with evident painting and redecorating but not to a good standard. Bed super comfy. The bathroom ok but the glass wall was pretty see through. Breakfast ok, limited western choice and small seating area but still good food. Will return should there be a need to visit north Jakarta

Spent one night here and I can only give 3 stars. Things to improve: 1. Pricing information: I checked in at the front office and a young girl greeted me nicely. She mentioned that room rate was 800k but in a second she said it was 1 million IDR. 2. Smile more: During my brief stay, it was hard to find smiles in the faces of front office liners and other hotel workers. Is it too much to just greet and smile? 3. English proficiency of front liners: I saw a Chinese guest ask a public transportation access to the front liner and she failed to reply immediately. It seems the front liner found it hard to understand the question but to my ears, the guest's question was in fact quite clear and easy to understand. The Chinese guest luckily was patient enough to say it again. 4. No refrigerator in the room: Don't buy any foods that need to be kept in cool storage because in their rooms (at least mine) there is no fridge available. 5. Teaspoon unavailability: I was provided with tea bags and coffee and water heater but hilariously there was no spoon to stir the drink. This was petty but should be an afterthought. 6. Info on self laundry coin: They provide self laundry room but to use the washing machine, guests must pay for 70k IDR for a single coin. I read the directions they display in the laundry room and there is no single sentence right there that guests must spend that amount of money for laundry they do themselves. 7. The gym room was so small and basic. The gym machine looked not so convincing.I had tried to use it but then gave up. Treadmill is quite reliable. Don't even expect an Olympic size swimming pool. A dumbbell set and two pilates mat and 3 gym balls are available. Don't ask for more than that. Things to maintain: 1. Cleanliness of room: Spotless bed cover and pillow, I must say. Nice and clean. Nothing stinks in the bathroom. 2. easy access: You can access anywhere quite easily from this hotel. Taxis are in line just in front of the lobby. 3. Sumptuous breakfast: The breakfast was hearty and fresh. Something to be appreciative of.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
