Another 3-stars hotel with excellent services to offer and situated perfectly in central part of Jakarta. Friendly staffs, clean room, and delicious food to offer, there was nothing to be complained in this hotel. Highly recommended to stay for any occasions.

Very comfortable and reasonably priced hotel in central Jakarta. Cash & credit cards accepted. Reservations are recommended as it's a busy place. Preferential booking if you're an IHG member with status. Nine floors of which roughly half are allocated for hotel rooms. On-site restaurant offering a buffet breakfast as well as a la carte dining for lunch and dinner. No on-site bar but there is a small liquor shop in the lobby. Relatively convenient to mass transit, and many additional restaurants and shops located within 10-minutes walking. If you're familiar with Holiday Inn Express you'll be quite at home here. Decor and amenities consistent with this brand in SE Asia. Rooms are compact but not claustrophobic. Thoughtful touches - a small (very small in this case) desk area for work. Wi-fi was slow and not very reliable. Television offers a good selection of local and international channels, news outlets, sports, and family programming. However at times the signal was out and certain channels were unavailable. Blackout curtains. My room had both a work chair as well as a more comfortable sitting chair with a small coffee table. Bed (queen) was comfortable with both soft and firm pillow options. Good placement of outlets near the bed for charging. Two complimentary bottled waters. Coffee & tea service in room with a hotpot. In-room safe and mini-fridge. Space for your luggage, and room to hang shirts & pants. Bathroom is again familiar if you've stayed at other HIE. Toiletries provided in the bathroom. Good space and lighting. A dry bathroom not a wet one, which is also nice. Toilet paper in addition to more traditional spray hoses. I appreciate that despite being full, it wasn't noisy. Neither traffic noise from below or other guest noise was perceptible. I'd definitely stay here again. US Embassy is a 20-minute drive away (dependent on traffic) or walkable if you don't mind arriving a sweaty mess.

Just came back over the last weekend. I am a member of IHG, and booked thru it. Here are my opinion of the hotel. Pro - good budget hotel that is near the city - one of the efficient lift (2 lifts but sufficient) - location walking distance to sarinah, car free day. Cons - if u gotten a room facing the road, light sleeper be warned. You will hear motorbikes , vehicles throughout the day. - toilet sink flow is super slow. Ended up brushing our teeth at the shower area - there is a ramp for luggage but cars are parked in front of the ramp defeating the purpose of it. Hence carry your own luggages down the staircase - breakfast mediocre, nothing fancy just to full stomach and go. - service wise, had better service elsewhere of Holiday Inn Express but not here.

The hotel is situated right in the center of Jakarta. There are nearby malls for decent restaurants. And if you adventurous, there are plenty of food vendors on the side of the roads in and around the hotel. The breakfast is decent, and there is a small gym and laundry room on the 5th floor. Rooms are quiet, which is a surprise since it is right on the main road.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
