        Good hotel for the price. We were supposed to stay in a room with a double bed and a sofa bed, but they complimented us and gave us a large room with a double bed and two single beds, big and comfortable. The gluten-free breakfast option was just cornflakes, bread and sausage, and in general the breakfast was poor. The staff was kind. The location is very good.

        I've seen bigger cardboard boxes than the room. The carpet was absolutely filthy. I can't tell you what the view was like as the window was that dirty I couldn't see out of it. Towels were more like hand towels than Bath sheets. Breakfast was average. Scrambled egg was pretty nice but the juice provided was not. I'm very glad I wasn't staying for more than one night.

        Holiday Inn Express Victoria was an excellent hotel for our 8 day stay in London. The rooms were cleaned every day and the staff were all so kind and helpful. The breakfast is a good spread for holiday inn, and the food is the same every day. It does not get boring because they have multiple options for hot foods, carbs, fruits, jams, etc. Miriam in the breakfast room was especially kind and helpful, especially with my sister’s gluten allergy. She brought gluten free bread each day to our table for her which was so kind. The location of this hotel is also excellent, it’s a short walk to Pimlico station (5) or Victoria Station (12) so it’s easy to get around london. Overall, this is an excellent hotel if you’re looking for a good location, quiet and clean rooms, and great staff!

        Just back from an overnight stay at this hotel, what a great experience from start to finish !!! A fair fee for a great accessible location in the City, we had a full two day itinerary to make the most of our trip arriving ahead of time & leaving before & after check in & check out yet F.O.C.we were able to store our luggage at the hotel in a secure room, the staff in all departments were kind accommodating informative & helpful, the room was everything you would need for a place to get prepared & have a good quiet night's sleep & a breakfast included if you wished indulge, more than happy with this stay & would happily return again, highly recommend, thank you !!!

        We were moved here from another hotel at the last minute but this was a pleasant upgrade as the previous one looked terrible after I looked at the reviews. We had no issues with the room, although the curtains were a little dirty, everything else was clean and no fault in the room. The girl at the reception (forgot her name but she's Spanish) was very friendly with us. Breakfast had few limited options but was good nonetheless. The best part is how conveniently it is located close to Victoria station and some tourist attractions as well. Overall I'd love to stay here again and hopefully the ongoing renovations would be completed by then.
