The room was clean but could use some updating with the furniture and flooring. The breakfast was normal for what it is. However if I knew the view from my room was going to be crackhead ally, I would have stayed in a different location. Be aware! This is not a good and safe location. I will not stay here again and I will definitely do a better job of checking safety before booking.

Stayed in many Holiday Inn locations never had the issues I received staying here. The guests next door screamed and I mean screamed shouting fighting to eventually police was called. We had to call downstairs 3 times before someone was sent up. 2 and a half hours it went on to 1:40am in the morning. Understandable that bad behaviour of other guests is out of their control but they handled the entire situation totally wrong. I would NOT recommend staying in this hotel if you have children as safety of other guests in this situation wasn’t a priority. Also, our hotel window blind was broken causing light in our room first thing in the early morning after being kept awake all night & the room has an awful stench. The customer service we encountered at reception in the morning was definitely not pleasant either was rather passive aggressive as opposed to understanding the situation.

So first off the hotel is in a neighborhood where you can’t go outside. We stayed here while attending the Lauryn Hill concert. When arriving on Amtrak we asked where we would wait to order a Lyft. The Amtrak worker asked where we were staying and his eyes got so big and he told us to please be careful and stay inside as much as possible. Secondly, the tv did not work the entire time. We had a late check out and left early due to this. The spa tub in the room hot water pressure is super low. Took almost 40 minutes before we could use it, waiting for the water to get to a useable level. We called front desk about the tv issue and they never came to help us yet said they would send someone. Yet we woke up to a receipt under our door and we hadn’t even checked out yet. I guess we weren’t welcomed there. Won’t be coming back. Not worth the money spent. Motel 6 would have treated us better.

Stayed here for 2 nights. The ladies at the front desk were professional and kind. My stay at the hotel was great. There is parking, you just have to ask. If you have your own transportation or taking an Uber, you should be fine. The neighborhood around is sketchy but, overall, my experience was fine.

Great place very clean and quiet. God forbid you leave the hotel and walk the streets after 8pm. The crackheads are evry where ! First time in years where I actually felt unsafe.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
