Super friendly service, great breakfast and good location! Just take the 14 bus from the train station and it’ll take you directly to the hotel! S4 train also an option. Breakfast had cereal, multiple types of pastries and breads, cheeses and meats, hot eggs, bacon, falafel, juices, tea, coffee. I was really impressed! You also get a free bus pass with the tax and they’re happy to hold your luggage.

We stayed for 2 days. The room is excellent for the category. The location was good , which was about 200 m from the train station. Breakfast was inclusive. There were no hot options which needs to be improved. The reception staff did not look approachable. They actually looked overworked and tired, and uniforms crumbled. Not all the staff but some of them.

Very nice hotel. Room is a bit small but spotless. Breakfast is included and actually quite good with a variety of selections. Location is not downtown but train stop is a few minutes walk away (plus there is a supermarket right beside the stop).

I had an incredible stay at the Holiday Inn Express Luzern! The hotel staff was exceptionally welcoming and helpful throughout my visit. The room was spotless and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a day of exploring Luzern. The complimentary breakfast was a delightful start to each day, with a variety of options to choose from. The hotel's convenient location made it easy to access the city's attractions and public transportation. I highly recommend Holiday Inn Express Luzern for a fantastic stay in this beautiful city!

The location, check in service and breakfast were amazing. Typical Holiday Inn like the ones we have across the world and relatively new construction. I wish I could give 5 stars but we weren't able to sleep for the two nights we stayed here because of poor air circulation and air conditioning. This hotel doesn't have A/C and they have an air circulation system which doesn't work perfectly. We turned it off and opened the windows but invited a whole bunch of mosquitoes by doing that. I may be staying here again, maybe during cooler months but I would recommend for people to come prepared for your stay here.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
