A Comfortable, Convenient Stay with Just a Few Quibbles" Review: My recent stay at the Holiday Inn Express Manchester Airport, an IHG Hotel, was overall a pleasant experience. First and foremost, the hotel's ambiance can best be described as 'cheap and cheerful'. It strikes a fine balance between affordability and comfort, making it an ideal choice for travelers who want quality without breaking the bank. The staff, particularly at the front desk, were commendable. They were attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable. This level of service is always appreciated, especially when you're away from home. A notable highlight was the morning breakfast. The variety and quality of the food were more than satisfactory, and the inclusion of a free newspaper was a nice touch. It's these little details that enhance the overall experience. Regarding the room, it was clean, warm, and inviting. In the context of what one needs from a hotel room, it checked all the boxes. While I wouldn't label it the best Holiday Inn ever, it certainly delivers on all the essentials with a touch of warmth and friendliness. However, there was one aspect that I found slightly irksome - the parking fee. Although I understand that paid parking is a common practice in the UK, it's always a bit disappointing when it's not included in the hotel amenities. In summary, the Holiday Inn Express Manchester Airport is a solid choice for anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and friendly place to stay near the airport. It's not without its minor flaws, but its positives far outweigh them. If you're looking for an affordable hotel that doesn't compromise on the essentials, this is definitely one to consider.

Rooms are functional, staff at front desk and in the bar is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet is good, especially with hungry teenagers. :-) The only disadvantage with the location is that one needs a taxi to get to and from the airport if one does not have own car or rental car available. Taxi is 12 to 14 pounds.

This was a great hotel for cheap accommodation, only at around £30 per person with breakfast included! The staff got me and my friends checked in promptly with keycards, they are readily available here too and the lift has accessibility. Our room was comfortable, plenty of space for belongings and proper bathroom facilities although it only had 2 beds, including 1 double, despite being a room for 4 people. The hotel area is large itself and the breakfast was very satisfactory for what it is; options well laid out for food as well as refreshments and the night before I had a refreshing pint of Magner's at the bar!

This revue is by no means a reflection on the staff who are all excellent, very helpful polite and pleasant, the bed was comfy and the linen was clean. The restaurant food is ok, basic burgers and pizza but slightly overpriced for what it is. Breakfast is a help yourself buffet and was very good with a wide variety of choice, something for everyone. The real letdown of this place is the rooms, or at least the room we stayed in(021), whilst I appreciate that this is a airport hotel and as such has a high turnover of guests the cleanliness is still way below expectations. There was dust and cobwebs on the wall, the shower tray filled with water when used because the drain outlet was blocked, there was mould around the shower tray, the one chair in the room was a bio hazard that you would not even put your dirty laundry on let alone sit on with all sorts of stains(will not expand on that one) on the fabric covering. For a one night stay it is just ok but do not expect too much in the way of cleanliness, if more attention could be paid to room cleaning this would be a 4-5 star rating but is sadly let down in that department, maybe hire an extra couple of cleaners for peak periods and solve the problem.

Great hotel .Just had one night as flying early the next morning. Shower lovely and hot .Had a meal and it was good. Breakfast was excellent.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
