Highly impressed. Pleasantly surprised how quiet it was given its location across from the train station. Right next to a cafe and small grocery store. Big breakfast included (which was unusual to find with other options) from 6:30-10:30 am. Room was bigger than expected. Definitely nicer than expected.

Located just across the street from the station, the hotel proved to be a great place to explore the city by feet. Despite the location quiet at night. Supermarket in direct neighborhood. Compared to other hotels of that category breakfast options have been sparse. Rooms have been clean and provided all the expected necessities. More space than expected. On the other hand in one of our two rooms the curtain to darken the room was missing.

A very convenient hotel for short stays or business purposes as the location in front of the train station it’s priceless. The staff is really kind and patient. If you bring a car, make sure you book a place because the spaces are limited. Finally, the hotel is pet friendly so dogs are allowed for an extra fee, understandable because the rooms have carpet.

terrible experience，I arrived at 9:30，they said no available room, it is fine(actually not, how can a big hotel fully booked in December in Marseille, there are only a few visitor in the city, it is not July 😓),soI store the luggage, and come in 13:00, they say still no room. Then I came at 23:20 and horrible tired but the receptor keep talking with another guy for 10 minutes and didn’t do the check in for me, I don’t fk understand it just need 2 min to do the check in for me, why I have to wait so long time. As a foreigner in French, I have to hear the ununderstandable language for ten minutes and can’t get in my fk room in midnight. If anyone want to have this experience in the fk cold night with heavy wind in midnight, just book this fk hotel.

Clean, incredibly quiet and sound dampened and perfect location for the station. Staff were polite and helpful and the breakfast was ok. Some technical issues with the air conditioning and creaking room fittings held it back.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
