This is our home away from home when we go to San Diego for work or play. The beds are comfortable. The atmosphere is relaxed. And never had issues with noise regardless of what floor we've stayed. The beds are comfortable and the facilities are updated. We noticed on this trip they upgraded their cable service and with that, what seems to be updated Internet service. Great job!!! We look forward to our return trip in a few months.

Nice clean rooms, updated modern furniture and fixtures. Accessible to nearby restaurants and shopping. Very close to the freeway. The only downside is it’s $10/night for parking. So if you stay 3-5 nights expect a bill to come out on top of your stay fee. Most likely they take it out of your deposit and you get no refund.

Overall, a really nice place but the gentleman a the front desk tonight was unnecessarily rude. I have a bad back and use a cane. The side was locked and I tapped for someone to open it. I was in a lot of pain, otherwise I would not have knocked. He did open it. But instead of greeting me, he scolded that the front door was open and should have been used. He did greet the other guests quite nicely. Again, everyone else has been very nice, the room is good and service is lovely. But there was no need to be rude, none at all.

The check-in was OK. We checked in at 3 pm and the check said in a surprised voice that it's a good thing we prefer first floors because it was the only one ready. When we got to the room on the first floor, it had an awful smell. When we opened the door to the room It was like a combination of cleaner and mold. we were hoping that it would dissipate over the next few days, but it didn't. There were so many stains on the carpet that it really didn't feel comfortable. Our room had a view of the parking lot. The freezer was without a door and needed a defrosting as a result. The bathroom had a shower only, with two towels. The $250 + price didn't include parking. Parking was an additional $10 per night. That was another issue. Parking was completely full except for a parking lot that they share with another hotel. I had to walk back a long way in order to get to my room, because every single spot was filled up. so if you pay for parking, you don't get a designated spot and can end up without any parking at all. The pool was next to the hotel. it was full of about a dozen workman most of the day who were sitting and eating snacks and drinking beer. The workout room was very nice and not crowded. We tried to use the laundry room, but it was always full. There was one washer, coin, operated, and one dryer that was working for the entire hotel. The other dryer had a sign that it was out of order. The breakfast food was ok, but nothing special. You must make your own pancake. There was really no place to walk and was next to a busy road. Denny's was walkable, but that was all. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.

Clean and comfortable room with basic features. Check in was easy and the breakfast was plentiful. Very friendly staff. Price is high but location is good for visiting the Mira Mesa area. Limited parking. Gym is clean and has 3 treadmills plus a bike and weights.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
