When I stayed there, I asked to change blanket because I found stain on it. But when I came back to room, it was not changed. And heater didn't work so it was freezing inside. Night staff changed my room at 5am. He did his best. But abnormal experience starts when I started to talk manager through email. I claimed what I went through to General Manager but she asked me to talk through the phone. I wasn't in Germany anymore and I thought that approach was very weird. And then she disappeared, didn't respond about 10 days and then she told me she was on leave. After she came back from her leave, she suggested that all she can do is welcoming/offering better experience for my next visit. In my personal opinion, this approach was very vague and not sincere/practical. As you might know, this hotel isn't that cheap considering its brand. But please be noticed that this is how you will be treated when you have problem with this hotel. It was my second time staying here cuz I liked first one but I will find another hotel for my next visit.

Excellent location. One train ride from the airport and 3 minutes walk from Hirshgarten station. Staff do their best to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast is good with many healthy tasty food varieties. Room is clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again. I am spending four nights stop over to visit Munich.

I stayed here multiple nights traveling for work. The location is great because it’s easily accessible with a direct train from the airport and has great connections to other public transport options. However, the quality of the rooms and the cleaning services are lacking. The table had visible sticky stains that i had to wipe clean with a moist paper towel. The nightstands had dirt on them. The bathroom sink was dirty. The glasses were dirty. The carpet was severely stained. This is not acceptable.

This was the second time we stayed at the hotel. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The rooms are lovely and very clean with comfortable beds. The breakfast is really good.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
