If you consider it have carpark right in front of the hotel, 5 minutes walk to hypermarket and fast food behind the hotel, location is good! But getting here on bus or metro takes a good 10 to 15min walk, and no so good during cold winter. Breakfast is included for most guest, lots of cheese, bread, hot drinks, juice and salad, yogurt too. Not too bad but boring after 2 days. Staff is efficient except room service which there are none after office hour. Front desk staff very helpful and friendly but still short of staff. Tips: choose room not near the road. Also, there is a premium outlet nearby, great hotel of Asian who love to shop and buy gift.

Room was clean and well prepared. The check in was efficient. The LED ceiling light stripe was broken down, it was fixed within a few hours. They served a complimentary breakfast buffet. It was ok. I hope they will improve the Scrambled eggs . They were not really Scrambled eggs but like steamed/baked eggs...they were not creamy at all. Cold meats (hams, salami) were good! They offered free parking spaces. The restaurant only served breakfast. I had to go out to have lunch and dinner.

Good comfortable hotel in a nice location. The only drawback was that you can't control the Aircon according to your needs. During my visit it was fixed at 24degrees C which made the room a bit warm and uncomfortable so I had to open and close the window to adjust room temperature.

We reserved a triple room for us (a family of 2 adults, a 5yo and a 1yo kid). We arrived after our 12hour journey from Vienna (because of the strikes) only to be welcomed by a very unpleasant receptionist who refused to allow us since we are 4 persons. Tried explaining that the infant is no where in the world considered as a person and he usually co-sleeps with us but in vain. This has been the first time dealing with an IHG hotel and will definitely be my lat time.

Service is becoming worse. And no pedestrian access whatsoever. I come here quite often for work. Before, service was not the best, but lately I think it is becoming worse, breakfast is not very good, scrambled eggs taste and look like a flan, they would just put everything on it and heat it, like a dessert. Staff is not as nice as before, not very smiling. Very strict for check-out, before it was not like that. You could be a little late before, no problem. Now, they come to your door and expect you to open... Fortunately, I was not naked. On top of that, there is NOT pedestrian entrance. How a city with so much public transportation like Munich can have hotels that don't have a pedestrian access?

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
