Just want to say WOW ay the amazing customer service and hospitality from Markus! He truly went above and beyond for us to make our stay at HIE A comfortable one. He provided insight to the area, transportation tips, local spot to go to, as well as just being a great person to carry a conversation with. The staff are exceptionally superb. Very helpful, kind and well mannered. Price's are good compared to other hotels in the area. I've stayed here many times and always been satisfied with the service. The rooms are very nice for a three star 🌟 hotel. I definitely recommend this hotel.

This is a good value for money place with clean rooms and a very friendly staff. Though the hotel is located on a relatively busy street, the rooms are very well insulated and even our street side room was very quiet when the windows were closed. The hotel is at a 5 min walking distance from Olympia Park and at a 10 min walking distance from the underground station - U Olympia Einkaufszentrum. The underground train lines U1 and U7 take you to the Munich central station in 10 mins.

Great location if you want to be in this part of Munich for the sport centre at the park or BMW Welt, for example. Hotel good enough for a short staying when passing through town. But not comfortable for long term stay more than 2 days. The room we got was disappointing! Shower had no door and it was inevitable to flood the floor even after a 2 minutes shower. The beds were squeaky when one turns. When the aircon was on the ceiling was shaky and noisy. The breakfast offering was very limited compared to several Holiday Inn Express I have been to. But the breakfast was well appreciated even though the juice were watery and tasteless. Many left juice in their glasses. The staff were a bit impatient, except TIM at the front desk. He is an amazing service person!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
