Great hotel for an overnight stay at CDG Airport. 5 minute walk to monorail which connects to terminal 1,2,3. The staff was really helpful and kind. My shirt button got loose and the hotel kindly provided me with a sewing kit. Rooms were comfortable. I really liked soap and shower gel.Smells really nice.

Great airport hotel. Convenient to get to via the tram. The front desk staff especially Alexis are super nice and helpful. We were a large group and they informed us that the train to Paris had construction. Then he recommended a van service to get us. Cost almost as much as train. Really nice and helpful people ! Rooms are clean and nice too

I stayed here and it was very nice stay. Breakfast was amazing. Location is Very close to the CdG Airport Paris. Free airport shuttle accessible to Parking Pr location to reach the hotel in b/w terminal 1 & 3.

The location is very convenient and is an easy walk to the CDGVAL shuttle. Please note there are some stairs if you’re using the walkway. The rooms are spacious and silent and extremely clean. The beds were very comfortable too. The soundproofing is amazing and the bathrooms have plenty of counter space. Special mention to the team in the restaurant who dealt with a huge amount of people in a short space of time during dinner. I saw some travellers treating the staff with incredible rudeness and the staff maintained professionalism throughout. The bar service was great and there are lots of areas to relax. This hotel is an excellent option for your early morning or late night flight.

The location was further from the airport than I had imagined. Although the outside walkways which led to the hotel after taking the CDGVal shuttle were mostly covered. I would choose a closer hotel in the future. The room was neat, clean and had all of the amenities for our one night stay. The heat, as much as I tried to turn it down was uncomfortable for sleeping. But those windows! They completely protect you from the nearby sounds of the airport. It was surprisingly quiet. The evening buffet was a disappointment. As hard as it is to compete with the many great restaurants we experienced on our trip. I felt the offerings were overpriced for the industrial prepared foods there was to choose from.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
