This hotel is well located in the city center of Porto. It’s walkable to many attractions, including Chaple of Soul, Porto City Hall, etc. The room is spacious. It’s quiet and clean. Breakfast is great with large variety of selections, especially I liked the Pastel de Nada. It’s warm and crispy, very fresh. The staff were friendly. I would stay here again when I visit Porto next time.

Fantastic experience at this hotel. The location is perfect as you are near many cafes, restaurants, stations, sights and a straight walk down to the river. Breakfast was terrific and staff were very friendly. Would definitely come again!

Perfect for a traveler who is looking for a clean, comfortable place to relax in/sleep. Good breakfast options, and the staff are all so welcoming, pleasant, and helpful! The room was clean and the location is amazing for tourists! The only reason I gave it a 4/5 instead of 5 is that there wasn't a fridge or lockbox available. The lockbox isn't a bother for me, but may be for other travelers; a mini fridge would be useful for multi-day bookings. Overall, it was a great affordable experience.

The front desk staff were very helpful and pleasant. They changed my initial room as it was small and the view from the window was terrible. Nice hotel for the price! It’s quite and has a decent breakfast menu. Location is good, you can walk from the hotel to the historical center. The streets are very busy and won't get bored.

Fantastic hotel, clean, great service, very accommodating staff. Wonderful breakfast is included with the room located right on Santa Caterina foot traffic area, and near the Majestic Café, Via Caterina mall, and lots of great shops and cafés. And located two blocks from the subway and local bus stops for easy transit to the rest of the city.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
