We stayed here for 5 days. Room gets cleaned everyday. Continental breakfast is the usual food…pancakes, bread, bagels, muffins, hot/cold cereal, eggs, sausage, juice, fruits, milk, coffee & tea. Don’t expect a fancy breakfast so don’t complain. Front desk staff are nice and helpful. I’ve met the woman the other reviewer mentioned but she wasn’t like that to me. I guess I’m not too sensitive enough to be bothered if she has a bit of an attitude. I didn’t utilize their shuttle but I see them come and go. The location is a short distance to Old Town about 17mins. They also have a 24hour store but a bit pricey for a bottled water. If you walk a few minutes toward Old Town you will find a convenient store along the way if you want stock up your supplies. FYI the hotel is located next to I5 freeway so it gets noisy. We had a great stay.

Budget hotel with usual easily forgettable breakfast. They have shuttles from the location to the airport, so convenient. You just have to make a reservation for them. They almost have shuttles every hour. The rooms were clean, and bedsheets were clean, too . The toilets were also well kept. . The attitude of the staff propose in the front desk. They seem to dislike their job. the cleaning staff and the rest of the staff are so polite compared to these guys.

EXCELLENT experience! We arrived at 4 pm, called the shuttle and we were checked in before we knew it. We mentioned to the front desk that we were there for the USMC Graduation and the manager immediately gave us a 1 pm check out free of charge. He also recommended a taco shop a two-minute walk away. Thursday and Friday they had their hotel shuttle service take us to and bring us back from the Depot. The entire staff was very helpful and went about and beyond normal duties. If you are visiting San Diego, I HIGHLY recommend that you attend a Marine Corp Graduation on Friday. The Corp does it right and you won't be disappointed.

My granddaughter and I recently stayed here and it was wonderful. The rooms are very nice. They have both a microwave and fridge in room. The staff was superb. Eli in particular recommended a fresh seafood restaurant, Blue Water, which they shuttled us to and back. We were delighted to find this local gem packed with locals on a Tuesday night. Old Town is a short walk away from the hotel and very fun to explore. They shuttle people all day to the airport, beaches and restaurants or anywhere local they wish. The hotel is centrally located to everything. We will be staying there in the future when we return.

This place e is very nice and very reasonable. Front desk women have no personality. They weren't rude or mean, just bland. They need nicer front desk employees to complete the hotel experience.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
