We stayed in a room with 2 queen beds and a balcony. The room was great, very comfortable with the exception of the bathroom! This hotel needs to get rid of the industrial toilets in the rooms. They're incredibly loud and soooo low to the ground! Our bathroom was literally the smallest bathroom I've ever had in a hotel room. It was impossible for more than 1 person to be in there at a time which was really difficult. Breakfast was great, always well stocked with food and coffee. Gym was good, just enough equipment to get a good workout in. Location is phenomenal!! But please, do something with your bathrooms

Two important things to know: (1) Parking for $35 is a ripoff. Park on the streets, free parking from 6pm to 8am, and all day Sunday. (2) Stay here for the breakfast. Holiday Inns have really invested here. Fresh warm cinnamon rolls, muffins, hot instant made pancakes, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, cereal, fruit, juices, milk, yogurt, bagels, toast, hard boiled eggs....AND to go containers to take up to your room to enjoy.

The night shuttle driver isn't super safe, but is nice. The day time one is a bit blunt, but was better. The staff also communicate very poorly with each other. The rooms were okay, but not great. Oh, and if you want peace, unplug your room phone because they'll call you regardless of the hour for nonsense, even if your DND is up.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. Being downtown, they have to share a public parking garage, so you do have to pay $29 a day for parking. However, it's on the website and the staff tell you about it before you check in. The upside is that it's a secure parking garage, and they have security at the gates. It's very close to the zoos and beaches as well. One thing they don't have listed on their amenities is a microwave, but there is one in the room.

PLENTY OF PROS FOR THIS PLACE. LOVED IT!! Every staff member I encountered here were truly amazing! Every single one from front desk, housekeeping, maintenance and breakfast attendants, all great! I really do hope that Holiday Inn understands that the workers they have found to staff this location is truly rare to find these days and appreciates them all. Location is perfect. Close enough to downtown San Diego but far enough to not get the crazy party seen outside your door. Our guest room was clean and ready upon arrival. Our room was equipped with microwave, minifridge and clean iron. I do have only 2 cons. 1. The noise level of vehicles going by but very minor and obviously something they couldn't control. 2. Not enough luggage carts at this location.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
