The young lady who checked me in was nice and got me an upgrade my to a big room. I don’t know why people compare this hotel to a motel 6 it’s 10 times better. The housekeepers are nice and the breakfast buffet is good and the change it up everyday one day was eggs and sausage and the next day was egg omelettes and bacon. The pancake maker was the best. It was the best hotel experience. And it was close to a bus stop and a 20 minute walk to the trolley line And a lot of restaurants near by. I would definitely stay again.

Breakfast was one of the better ones I’ve seen in a hotel in quite a while. Lots of choices. Room had a good option for shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and lotion. Room wasn’t spotless. Couple of dust bunnies, but sheets and towels were white. Went barefoot in room and when I showered noticed that the bottom of my feet were clean so that’s a good sign. Staff were friendly- both the young man who checked us in and the young woman who was working in the breakfast room. Sheets were Pilled and not good quality but overall an excellent choice for the money.

It seems Holiday Inn has a collection of odd properties. They are not bad, just different. They are always clean and well kept. The room here was well maintained and clean. It was a smaller room, but that didn't matter. The person at the desk was friendly and helpful. This hotel has an odd layout. You check in, then go go back outside to enter the section that has the rooms.

I hate to leave a low review because I'm a fan of HIX. I stay in them a lot and typically for more than a week at a time. I prefer IHG over Marriott Bonvoy and Holiday Inns are everywhere. My room was as clean as It could be but his location needs a remodel. My window was left unlocked, hidden behind the three curtains which was concerning being on the first floor. Intentional or not, it's weird, and happened. When I first checked in my room smelled like farts. After a day it went away or I went nose-blind. Intentional or not, it's weird, and happened. I used the computer in the lobby and it saved my email password without asking. No other public terminal has ever done this. I went to verify that I was logged out and my info wouldn't be auto filled, but it was, with the password too. Intentional or not, it's weird, and happened. The printer did have quality paper. The mini fridge is a freezer and the toilet water level was set way too high. Like 3 gallons per flush. I accidentally dipped my hand twice trying to wipe. Two of the hinges on the cabinet housing the fridge were broken. The room didn't come with a DND placard either, like, where'd it go? This location doesn't have on site laundry, which HIX usually have. Just a bizarre stay all around. All the staff was very polite though.

It's a very run down property. My room had a small cabinet for the closet. No hair dryers. My room was depressing. I must say, however, that my room and the overall facility was clean. The included breakfast is okay. I was there for a marine bootcamp family day & graduation, the location was very convenient to the marine base. However, I won't stay there again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
