Stayed here for a week as a business trip due to location/cost. The Las Condes area is really nice and feels really safe with a good range of shops/restaurants nearby including the Contanera Center. The staff are all really welcoming, friendly, and helpful while the check-in/checkout process was straightforward. The main hotel decor is nice and well maintained. The gym has a number of cario machines and a bench for weight work however the selection of kettle bells and dumbbells is limited and light (heaviest is a 12kg kettle bell); not a lot of room for workout not involving cardio but it's there if quiet. The rooms are good with a variety of pillows, decent TV channel list, coffee machine, ironing facilities, and a bathroom with the usual amenities. There are some signs of water damage in the bathroom but mainly at the base of the door so nothing of concern. Breakfast at the hotel is a selection of meats/cheeses, breads, hot food, cereal, sweet treats, tea/coffee, a good selection of milk including lactose-free/flavoured, orange/strawberry juice and water. There's also a press for making grilled cheese sandwiches. Overall a nice variety and I was always satisfied/full however I noticed that when the hot food was initially stocked, it is more warm (I'm assuming since the heating plates will keep cooking them) - not an issue as I just learned to wait. Breakfast definitely gets busy after 8:30 so arrive before then if you can. Really glad my colleague and I stayed here and would recommend it to others.

We would like to thank the great staff at Holiday Inn Express in Los Condes.Everyone was curtious and treated us with kindness and respect.They were so accommodating and brought us everything we needed.They provided excellent customer service.Leslie was phenomenal.She helped me with a problem and I was very appreciative.Thanks for a great stay.

The hotel is very bad in many parts has no room service being a supposedly quality hotel which is not so, the attention is lousy, the internet uf intermittent totally, breakfast very simple for breakfast of one of these fast food companies all of poor quality, the administration is lousy with a hotel at this value that does not have room service, I have traveled more than 30 countries, first time I see a room without a fridge bar very bad experience I do not recommend it to anyone the quality and the price is so far away in this hotel the quality Zero for the price do not make a mistake.

Good hotel, rooms as big, offer nice views, bathrooms very clean, quite luxurious for a HI. Liked the parking space, made things so much easier. The people that work there are all very nice and willing to go the extra mile. Felt welcome and well treated. I would recommend them without a doubt.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
