Enter the room and it looks good. But there was a very strong smell of cigarettes. Makes me feel very bad. After sleeping for 1 night, the smell of cigarettes still hasn't disappeared. Should be improved.

The hotel is jaded, rooms are not tiny, but adequately comfortable. It's high time, and the Government in ShangHai has passed a law that hotels do not offer disposable toiletries. Hence, carry your own toothbrush, toothpaste, shaving kit etc. I have been doing this for the past few years. In case of request, however, they do offer disposable toiletries. The location was very convenient for my work. The housekeeping service is polite, and thoughtful. There is a convenience store just beside the hotel and assorted Chinese eateries just behind the hotel. The biggest drawback during my trip (December 2019) was that they were renovating their "dining room", and hence, we were given packed breakfast which was not too palatable. Hence, it's suggested to call the hotel before booking. Apart from this let down, the stay was comfortable.

The hotel is centrally located and has decent sized rooms. The rooms are kept tidy and organised. The bathroom is small and hygienic but with all necessary amenities. The buffet breakfast was good and nutritious. Overall it's a great value for money deal.

Great area to explore if you love community scenes, dancing in the park, exercising and food stalls a few street over out the back, but the whole place smells of smoke! Cigarette smoking should be banned in hotels! Not everyone likes the smell and some people have allergies to it. Also a fitness centre was advertised which was not available.

A pretty typical Holiday Inn Express, pretty basic, not far away within walking distance there is a pretty big shopping mall, many restaurants over there. During my stay I needed a conference room for 2 days because of an unexpected event, they have tried their best to help me, really appreciate that.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
