Let me first say that the service here is very good. The staff is friendly and they are also honest. We left behind a very expensive Purple pillow which they tracked down a day later and held for us to come back and get.m it when they could have easily stolen it. The hotel itself isn’t bad but isn’t great. The carpet is dingy, the hallways and rooms kind of dark. Some cracks in the popcorn ceiling in our room. With a little refresh and some added lighting it’d be pretty decent. The highway was loud when 18 wheelers go by. If not for the service and honesty, this would indeed be a 3 star hotel.

Check in was great. The room was not the quality I have come to love about Holiday inn. My bed sheets were stained but you couldn't see it till you flipped the pillows over. I just feel like a Motel 6 would have been cleaner. The only thing worth mentioning is the location was good and the Breakfast was good and Hot. Would not recommend and will not be returning.

Recently completed my first stay at the property over the course of three nights and was extremely satisfied with the hotel and my room. Having never visited Austin before I found the location well situated and a reasonable distance from my destination at UT. Staff were friendly and professional, my room was clean and well maintained during my stay, and the property was secure. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

The staff was great!!! The room that we got had roaches. The staff did move us to another room, but that's unacceptable!!!! Cleanliness is supposed to be the top priority. If roaches are present, then something isn't clean.

It smelled clean the entire time. Loved the coffee bar. The in-room Keurig was broken but didn't mind going downstairs for the coffee bar. Good night stay at good price especially for a quick weekend get-away when you need a clean, comfortable affordable hotel stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
