        Our stay here has exceeded our expectations. 1. The location of the hotel is excellent. All the top tourist spots and high end malls at the city center are within walking distance. It is also very near the monorail terminal and the Go KL bus stop. 2. Breakfast buffet is included in the published rate which is a big advantage to us. 3. Staff are always friendly and helpful. 4. The room is a good size for a couple, the bed is comfy, linens and towels are clean and spotless, the chairs and carpet doesn't have stains, complimentary toiletries are available at the reception. Overall we were very satisfied with our 5 days stay.

        It is in the city center, and easy to access strategic places in the middle of the city. During business trips, the hotel provides comfort. Comfortable bed and soft pillows. Good desk lighting is very supportive of indoor work activities. The impression of the interior in the bedroom is modern, minimalist, but feels warm and cozy. Good view from the big window, we can see activity of the town, excited. The facilities inside are fits and efficient. Good breakfast menu, I enjoyed the taste. Also the restaurant area which although crowded at that time, but all guests can sit and eat comfortably. Room service is very good and regular replacement of drinking water, and friendliness of the staff. I was taken by him on foot to see the Petronas twin towers and back again to the hotel, very challenging 🤩 Thanks for the experience Holiday Inn Express...

        I stayed for 4 days and every day was very pleasant. The reception lady that checked me in was beyond nice. She made sure I was informed of everything like the breakfast buffet details, when the gym opened, and anything else I needed. When you first arrive into the building you’ll be at the G floor but to check-in you’ll have to make your way up to level 1. The location is also great as it’s just a 15-20 minute walk away from the KKLC Park and the Twin Towers. The room was well equipped and very clean and organized when I arrived. Having things such as tea, coffee, a safe box, and other toiletries ready to be used. If you want a refill on water bottles before room service has arrived you’ll have to go down to the front reception to retrieve it. The breakfast buffet was very tasty and had a bit of everything for everyone ranging from noodles, eggs, breads, pastries, yogurt, fruit, a salad bar, and so on. I stayed for 4 days and everytime the breakfast buffet opened at 6:30 on the dot. Although, there’s plenty of seating area at the breakfast buffet, it does tend to become really busy later on in the morning and jam packed so I do recommend going earlier if you want to avoid that. I was also pleasantly surprised that the gym was open 24 hours as I prefer to exercise earlier in the day. The gym had 2 treadmills, 2 stationary bikes, an elliptical, a few yoga mats, a water re-filling machine with cups on the side for you to drink from, and a good amount of dumbbells and overall very clean. Overall, a very nice stay especially for a shorter amount of time with a good location, good service, tasty breakfast buffet, and awesome location.

        A very nice hotel to stay in the middle of the town of Kuala Lumpur. Go every places near by just walking distance, or if you wish too go elsewhere, you can take the LRT train to reach there. This hotel is really very convenient to all of you that want to stay in the town of Kuala Lumpur. Nice room, friendly staff, variety of facilities and nice view will be the attraction of this hotel. Price also very affordable, sure you will have a nice weekend or a short staycation. Please come and try it yourself, you will like it.

        Truly one of the best experiences. Strategically located right at the centre of the city, it’s a very well managed and safe hotel. The rooms were smaller than usual Holiday Inn hotels that I’ve lived in; but comfortable and equipped with all the essentials. The extra bed was rolled out perfectly from the sofa and it was actually extremely comfortable. The breakfast spread was very good and the staff were friendly and courteous. They even provided us with Grab and Go snacks as we had to check out at an ungodly hour. The location is a major part of why this hotel made it a success. There are two Indian restaurants within the complex and two general stores and a McD within walking distance. Overall, an extremely pleasant stay. Must recommended!
