I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express West Los Angeles-Santa Monica. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was satisfactory. A standout feature for me was the complimentary and secure parking, which is a significant advantage in this area. It's reassuring to know that your vehicle is safe during your stay. Additionally, everything matched the images and description provided online, always a pleasant aspect. it was a positive experience. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay in Los Angeles, close to Santa Monica.

We needed a place to stay. At the end of the day we checked in with this place & the person in charge gave us a discounted price including breakfast. The people working there gone above & beyond to accommodate us, specially Becky & Kandra. We were so happy to find this place & we were welcomed by the people working there. The room was clean & had everything to make sure you a comfortable stay. The breakfast had more choices than other places we stayed. The location was centrally located near a major Freeway. I highly recommend this Hotel to everyone.

The location is good, lots of amenities nearby and not too far from the usual touristy areas. The rooms are clean and comfy, and the staff is phenomenal! Every single one of the staff I spoke to was friendly, helpful and seemed happy to work there. Breakfast was good, standard fare. The street and neighboring rooms are on the noisier side at times, but mellow enough to drown into the background. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel only looks good from the outside, it's old and creepy inside. Room size is standard but lacks of maintenance, there are ants everywhere. Although it's a non-smoke hotel, you can smell the weeds in the hallway and elevator. If you are allocated to room number 01-09, then you will embrace a stunning view (with noise) of 405, have fun!

Great value for money. Everything was more than perfect. Front staffs at both check in and check out were full of hospitality. Room fit perfect and shower was strong enough to wash my body. Breakfast in American style was so convenient that I enjoyed everything I could take.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
