        arrived into Winnipeg after midnight. got to the hotel and was greeted by a security guard. overall check in experience was smooth the room is quite big. however i feel the room can have a bit more amenity. i feel the "kitchen" was a bit of a waste. the check out the day was effortless. will consider to stay there again if i visit Winnipeg again =)

        Rooms are clean, no issue. However parking is a nightmare. Not enough spots, and they are almost always taken by people in the party room, and not by actual guests. Wake up 7am maybe 2 cars in the parking lot. The evening? Goodluck Walls are super thin, you can hear absolutely everything. The hallways, outside, even the basement. 3rd floor you can still hear the music blasting at night goodluck trying to sleep. Customer service is almost non existent, tried calling front desk multiple times, no answer. Not to mention they are rude and unhelpful. Breakfast is this stupid ticket system of which you only get 1 ticket. Even if you are staying multiple nights. My advice? If you looking for a hotel to get a good night sleep, avoid this place. Nothing about this hotel is convenient

        We would never come back. The whole idea was to rest for the night and go .. but it’s a sad state of affairs here. The room had so much dust and pet hairs that I could barley sleep. They have kept dark carpet on floor so any amount of dirt or pet hair is not visible. Inspite of taking anti allergic medications I could barley sleep. We love pets but the hotel should have courtesy to keep the place clean. I hope I don’t land up in hospital with an asthma after this stay

        If I could put 0 stars I would. They have BED BUGS. A friend of mine saw a bug move across the bed fast and they were able to catch it with a cup, they showed the maid in the hall. She laughed in her face and said she doesn’t clean this floor. Even the bellhop person said this is “normal”. This is not normal.

        My wife and I had the pleasure to stay at the Holiday Inn Express at 1740 Ellice on sept 19 th 2023 .Apon arrival we were greeted by a gentleman at the front dest and checked us in very quickly and explained all the amenities offered at the inn . The gentleman was very pleasant, friendly and made us feel right at home. I later ask him for directions to several locations and he was very clear and even wrote down some directions for me . The employee,s name was Mahmud and I was honoured to meet him .We stayed on the second floor . When we exited the elevator there was a very pleasant smell in hallway and our room was very up to date with beautiful linen and pillows on a comfortable bed.There was no noise at all throughout the night . Had a restful sleep and went for free breakfast offered by inn at their expense. There was sausage, omelette, waffles, pancakes, yougurt, cereals, muffins, fresh juice and coffee. I will definitely stay at inn when I have to travel to Winnipeg. Thank you for the hospitality and very clean pleasant stay . Great job Holiday Inn to all the employees that made this possible.
