The font desk staff was fine, not overly friendly, but not rude. Our room was supposed to have a queen bed and a sofa bed. It did, but is very clearly only used as a bed, not a sofa. It was fully extended and made up when got in the room. Since we most certainly didn't need a second bed and would have preferred the space, we started to fold it back into a sofa. That's when it became very clear, it is never used as a sofa. The area under it had obviously not seen a vacuum cleaner in weeks if not more. The breakfast was okay, by no means great, but was fine for being complementary. For the price and convenience, overall the property is fine to stay at if you have a flight the next day, but I would not stay here otherwise, and would not stay for multiple days.

Recently stayed here and had a mixed experience. The welcome was great – quick and courteous, which was a nice start. However, the airport transfer bus was small and the ride felt uncomfortable, which wasn’t ideal after a long flight. The room itself was decent, but there were a few letdowns. The shower lacked pressure, and the toilet area needed better ventilation. Also, there was a connecting door in the room, which I personally find a bit unsettling. The elevator was quite slow too. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. It simply wasn’t appealing and felt low quality, even the coffee. Ending the stay with a subpar breakfast left a bad taste in my mouth, literally and figuratively. Overall, while there were some positives, there are definitely areas in need of improvement. Hope to see some changes next time!

Got to stay here on our overnight stop in Zurich during our tour before going to Oslo. Our tour package has got us checked in different Holiday Inn hotels multiple times and the experience were quite consistent across. Great ambience. Great food. Accommodating and friendly staff. Special thanks to these friendly receptionists on duty today Dec. 30, 2023 around 7:30am for allowing me to take some good shots around the lobby.

5 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from my office, so the location is perfect for me. Breakfast is good with decent variety, good quality food. I got a room on the 5th floor with a gorgeous view. The bed is one of the most comfortable I've EVER experienced in a hotel. Bravo 👏. Mattress is nice and firm, plenty of pillows with varying density and firmness. Lighting options are great, and you can switch everything on and off at arms reach as you lay in bed. The bathroom has the option of an ambient light blue colored night light that you can keep on at night. Nice outdoor terrace on the ground floor where you can eat, have drinks and smoke. Only negative is the wine. Was horrible.
