Nice for a quick trip. $250 security deposit at check in was not expected. Apart from the hot water not working in our room the first day, this hotel was pleasant. Quiet enough however it seems to be home to a lot of conferences, events, and tour groups coming and going. Next time I think I would choose a smaller boutique style hotel. Close to the top of Nob Hill, walking to Union Square and surrounding tourist areas is a bit tough. Ride the 49 bus for north and south or California&Market cable car for east and west travel. The pool is nice, quiet, and warmed in the winter. The parking garage is convenient for coming and going but there is a garage down the street 2 blocks that is only $8 from 9pm-9am. If you’re going to be using your car all day and can stay busy from 9-9 then this is the best and cheapest. I would have increased the service to 5 stars if I was offered some sort of credit for not having a working shower after 10 hours of air travel. For the remainder of the day I felt gross and uncomfortable. Hopefully they will pay closer attention to room inspections before guests check in. Update. Ordered beef tacos and got shrimp. Only realized after I took a bite. Not good when you have a shellfish allergy. They fixed the issue quickly and gave me a free drink and extra taco.

Very friendly staff! Rooms are adequate, but overdue for a refresh (I've been coming to this location for work for over 30 yrs ), which they usually do about every 7-10 years. This used to be a great location (central, lots of good food nearby, near major attractions, safe). However, through no fault of the hotel, the City has let the homeless population & criminal activity overrun almost every part of town, including this area, which has become loud with crimes (muggings, assaults, theft, vandalism, arson), drugs (all types, right in your face), smells of urine & the like (use your imagination), sirens at all hours of the day/night for every imaginable reason. Again, this is through no fault of the hotel, but I cannot any longer, in good faith, recommend this town, but especially this particular area & location. I just hope it's not lost for good. 🤔

Great location at the end of the California Street cable car line. The higher floor rooms have amazing views of the city. The room we had was a corner room on the 24th floor. It was immaculately clean, had nice linens and a very comfortable bed. The views were spectacular! The employees were all friendly and helpful. Parking was a little pricey at about $44.00, including tax, per night, for hotel guests.

The rooms were large and comfortable. The bathrooms were standard. We did have an issue with the tub and sink backing up, however we notified the front desk and maintenance came and repaired them both immediately. They have a restaurant that had a pretty decent selection and the food was good. The prices were high, but not unusual for the area. The hotel was about a 30 minute ride from the airport. The area was in the city, so it was convenient. It didn't necessarily feel safe to walk at night, but nothing outside of normal city life. I would recommend it overall.

Stayed here for one night, for business. Room was really clean and comfortable. My room was adjacent to the elevators, could here the beeps and whirring but it was not too bad. Did not try breakfast or any other facilities.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
