I’ve stayed here before. But this time was extremely different. A few new faces but an extreme change in the quality of service. The restaurant server (Hannah) made my entire day with her generosity, her patience, and her energy! The Front house staff, Jamshi Olga and Cassandra should never be replaced ! My family and I come to Houston once a year for summer to visit family. I wanted to point one thing out ,and that is the young lady up at the front desk. Cassandra is her name, she was the most pleasant and helpful of all employees we interacted with at this hotel. She recommended places to eat, maybe places to visit, she interacted with my children making them feel involved. For summer vacation to have such pleasant people to greet you in and make you feel welcome, we were just at ease and happy we decided to stay here again .We have stayed he before, last summer, and the staff was not as helpful or even friendly. Give this girl a thumbs up. As for the rooms they were clean and nice, enough for us to want to come back. Thank you

Rooms are good but every time ants visits the room as companion and no proper cleaning and maintenance-owing to that I suffered a lot ,I got ant bites and when we approached the management no response from the hotels. Staffs at service are careless and every time we need to walk to reception. It's not the regular ihg hotels that you will except their service. Only location is posch and calm.

This Holiday Inn supposedly is in a good location. Just do not leave your vehicle parked overnight. Two vehicles (including mine) tire and rims stolen left on blocks in parking lot of this hotel. No cameras, no help from staff. Absolutely will never stay at this hotel again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
