No a/c in the rooms so hot and humid Breakfast isn’t free unless you add it on. Not the best selection either serves the same thing everyday. Asked the bartender if he could heat up my dinner in his microwave was so rude and unprofessional and told me NO. When I asked why he just kept saying no!!! Highly do not recommend this place staff are so unprofessional and rude. Also be aware of the drinks and water in the mini bar in your room nothing is free. They charge you double than what the drinks are worth. Such a scam!! Much better hotels that actually give you complimentary snacks and drinks. Stay away unless you want to get ripped off with horrible service.

I stayed ten nights in this hotel between 6th and 16th of October 23, I was given the disabled room which was very spacious and comfortable, the room could have been updated with a Paint job, unfortunately I wasn't impressed with the cleansings of the room, in my whole ten night stay the room floor was never cleaned except only on one occasion and that was when I was present in the room and gave a tip to the lady. I also noticed they only put out two tea bags and sometimes there was only one milk sachet, one thing I found really disturbing on a couple of occasions staff would open the door to my room without knocking and they seemed to be able to by pass the doors internal lock with their card key, this is really unacceptable. The hotel itself had a nice seating area especially by the swimming pool but the hotel itself lacked a friendly atmosphere. The hotel was poisoned in a good area only walking distance from the shops restaurants and trampoline which I used on one occasion to visit the Egyptian bazaar. It seems that hotels in Turkey tend to be rated as 4 or 5 Star hotels when in reality the experience tells you differently perhaps what they class as a 4 star hotel in reality it's more like a 3 Star hotel. Overall happy with the stay.

I took 1 star from this hotel because I had one strange issue . They don't serve free water even a welcome one bottle of water like other hotels. They will charge you 60 lira for each water bottle. Other than that it deserves 5 stars Amazing location , nice service, good staff , clean hotel

A cheap hotel compared to others (although there is cheaper) - cost me 270 euros for 5 nights. I managed to get an upgrade and had car parking. On the plus side, staff friendly and helpful. Some speak English but don’t expect a lot. Room was big and relatively clean. Housekeeping were great. Location was ok. The T1 tram stopped outside, a carrefour supermarket over the road and plenty of eateries locally (check my other reviews). On the down side, room was a constant high temp (29c when I arrived and 26c when I left). Far too hot. I was told they’d turned off AC for winter (although reviews beg to differ that there is even AC). Had a spa bath in bedroom. Some would rave at this but all I wanted was a decent shower. Coffee in breakfast room was awful. On the last day, the waitress took pity on me and got an Americano from the machine. Bliss! WiFi kept dropping out. To resolve this, had to forget ssid then re authenticate. Pool was closed with no prior warning online about this. I raised this and they were surprised i expected it to be open. Didn’t try the gym not the Hamman but it looked ok. Noisy at night with windows open.

The hotel was very clean and safe, and the service was superb. But as club members we expected to get a room with a better view. You will find many restaurants if you walk a few miles.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
