Lovely staff. Clean tidy rooms. Reception staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. There's a little area to store your luggage if needed. The restaurant is cheap and there's a mini star bucks in the bar which was nice. Charging points everywhere in bar and restaurant which came in so handy.

Checked us in straight away even though we arrived early, and booked our car for 2 days which made it so easy to go sightseeing in town the day after our stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room very clean and comfortable, if a little small; should consider booking a larger one. Very close to the tube and other transport links.

Holiday Inn London West is pretty well acceptable!. Affordable prices, the rooms are clean and safe. Good bed, and the shower is very nice: water with very nice pressure. The around environment is quiet. I think this hotel is good because is very close to North Acton Underground Station - is this central Line of London Underground... you can go quickly to every were. Market, pizzeria, sandwiches shops is close to hotel. the value for money is good. The hotel breakfast is acceptable, normally British breakfast. Parking

Pleasant Staff. Nice new build and nice rooms and beds Pricing is good and nice location, far enough away from the tube station to not get too busy with foot traffic and or noises, but close enough to make it ideal.

I spent 8 nights and I have no problems rating this 5 stars. The location is convenient, just 5 minutes walk to North Acton train station. The rooms are spacious and cleaned every day. The staff is friendly and helpful. The restaurant has decent options, plus the breakfast is good.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
