Great value for the money, would definitely stay here again. The guy working the front desk on 1/29 around 10:30PM was very helpful-thank you! Rooms aren't anything special, but appear to be clean and spacious enough. Airport shuttle is very convenient, and it's steps away from a McDonald's if you need a cheap meal.

Thank you for resolving the issue. I had several pleasant experiences at your hotel. The front desk staff found my daughter's Cinnamoroll bag that she had left in the lobby. We were provided with a quite satisfactory breakfast for three days, and the condition of the accommodation was good. I left without checking the receipt at the end, and it's been a tiring few days, but anyhow, you sorted it out. Before the trip, I compared many hotels and eventually chose that one. Your hotel provided a good experience even when compared to other hotels I encountered on this trip. If I visit LA again, I think I will choose the same hotel.

The general overview was good. Breakfast was good. But the 2 things not so good were : construction was 3 00 am working and of course I could not sleep. And the second issue but most important, I was sleeping and a person tried to open my room at 2 30am because he "thought" was his room and next say I asked the reception and they said they never gave another other card for that room to no one and they said it may be a homeless person that tried to enter to the room that time. So I wonder where is the security in that hotel?

WORST experience ever trying to get to a hotel! After waiting for 1.5 hours and FOUR phone calls to the hotel to ask for the shuttle and them continuing to tell us it was on the way, we finally called and canceled our reservation-and had to fight them to do that. I wish we could have stayed so I could leave a full review, but we decided to cancel the reservation just based on not being able to even get to the hotel from the airport. We saw two of the right shuttle go by, but on the far lane cruising by. Why tell people to stand at the red sign on level 2 if the shuttle doesn’t even stop? Will never attempt to stay here again. How do they not have a schedule for this or a driver that stops in the designated location?

We stayed 4 nights at this hotel and overall had an excellent experience. PROS: - Excellent location very convenient to LAX airport - Very nice, helpful and friendly staff. - Large, spacious rooms that were surprisingly quiet given the hotel's proximity to the airport and busy streets - Excellent breakfast buffet with hot, fresh options that were freshly prepared by a chef and included eggs, potatoes, french toast, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, juices, great coffee and more. - Good internet connection. - Spacious lobby with tables, chairs, and lots of seating areas, where I enjoyed working on my laptop. - Affordable price - Reliable heating and AC. CONS: - Our room smelled musty and it seems like it's time to replace the carpet (which had a lot of stains in it). - Parking was $40/day which we did not know about! They discounted it to $30/day but it was still an unpleasant surprise for us. - Getting in and out of the parking lot was a pain and the keycard they gave us was super unreliable and we were often stranded at the gate without a way to get into the parking lot, sometimes late at night. The intercom system to get help did not work either. So this was frustrating and the hotel should improve their system for this. Overall I would recommend this hotel just be prepared to pay a lot for parking.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
