From the moment I arrived at the hotel, I was met with unparalleled hospitality. The staff were not just professional, but extremely sweet and accommodating. Their kindness was evident in every interaction, making me feel truly valued as a guest. One of the standout moments of my stay was when they allowed me to check in a whopping 6 hours before the standard check-in time. This gesture was a testament to their commitment to guest comfort and flexibility. Cleanliness is a top priority for me, and this hotel did not disappoint. Every corner of the property gleamed, and the rooms were spotless, providing a serene environment to relax in. The service was impeccable. Whether it was room service or front desk assistance, the team was prompt and efficient, ensuring that all my needs were met. While the location is a tad away from the bustling center of Madrid, it's situated in a business district that exudes a calm and peaceful atmosphere. This was perfect for me, as it provided a tranquil retreat after a day of sightseeing or work. In conclusion, my stay was nothing short of exceptional. I stayed here for 4 nights. The room was quite big, spacious and clean. The staff are helpful and nice. The breakfast was also nice. The location is also good,not very far from LasTablas metro. Good restaurants, parks, supermarket etc are very near.

Very good service and excellent room. The only issue is that the hotel is far from downtown, and you need around 30 minutes by taxi to be in the downtown with a cost of 35 euros , stuff are amazing 👏 and breakfast is excellent . If you have car parking available

I came here on business with about 50+ others in a group. Only 3 days. Unfortunately on the first day, a person walked into the reception area and walked off with 2 of my colleagues bags. One had a passport so it was quite a bother to get a new passport. The hotel staff showed us the CCTV only the next day by when it was too late. It appeared that this was a common occurrence. So my advice to anyone planning to stay here is to not leave your bag unattended. Even at the reception.

The hotel is very functional, for a weekend or a week it is good value for money. Some points I noticed, the breakfast food is not terrible but not great either, they have a good coffee machine but they don't know how to make proper coffees and it's also out of the buffet breakfast menu. The room cleaning service is very good probably the best, very detailed and correct cleaning. The hotel staff is very young and sometimes you see people doing some internship what I think it’s a great approach however, the way they are being trained is not about solving problems, but more about 'no we don't'. Some problems can be solved with small ideas and the customers will value it very positively but they do not think beyond. That reflects more the culture of the company, they were nice :)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
