I'm really impressed with this hotel. Staff friendly, helpful, and professional. The room was large with L shaped settee and a great shower. The bonus was that everything in the fridge was complimentary. Dinner choice was good and reasonable priced. Highly recommend a stay before your flight

Stayed here twice now in an executive room. First time room was great, clean and well serviced. We had a meal in the Turkish restaurant downstairs. Service was very slow. Over booked and understaffed. Food was ok. Breakfast was so much better. Who doesn’t like a breakfast buffet!Lots to choose from everything was nice and hot and plentiful. Lots of staff who were very attentive. Around a good experience. Our second visit … check in was very efficient , our room ( again an executive) was very clean but little details like mini bar had not been replenished, no tea bags or milk and dirty spoons! When I rang down to reception they were very apologetic and sent up a guy with all the missing items. I’m guessing nobody is checking the rooms are fully serviced before guests arrive! Would definitely not deter us from staying here again. Breakfast ( which is included in the room rate) was excellent.

Very handy for terminal 2. The staff on reception were super friendly. The room itself was nicely decorated. Modern and comfortable. I think it had recently been done. Sadly, the USB sockets at the one side of the bed weren't working, nor were the hanging lights over the sofa. Nice bathroom, let down by a clump of hair in the shower. Restaurant: The service was awful. So slow. It wasn't even that busy when we went. The food was tasty but was MASSIVELY overpriced for what it was and the portion size.

Perfect Hotel for airport stay before a flight. New & modern with good facilities you would expect fron HI. Literally across one road to main departure hall for T2. Rooms large & comfortable with modern bathroom suite. Had an evening meal in inhouse Turkish grill which was delicious if a little pricey. Bar area in reception seems a little small & some of seating was not too comfortable but otherwise no issues at all. Received a room upgrade with minibar contents free. Excellent modern hotel with good staff. Recommended

Really quite superb. Easy walk from the entrance of terminal 2. Be aware that the autowalk is not working.... It's footwork from the station. Welcome was really good with Janet leaving the desk to open the door for us! Every single member of staff from housekeeping to bar was chatty and smiling....a credit to management. Shower in the room excellent- and that is my priority in hotels. We ate from the Turkish menu for dinner and it was also very good. Breakfast choice for £10 was impressive but the only reservation I have was temperature control of the hot buffet... Definitely not >65°. Well done IHG, will use you again here.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
