We were initially supposed to stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton, but the hotel cancelled our reservation as the pipe in the hotel had burst. This is a blessing in disguise as we managed to book the Holiday Inn just three hours before the check in time. The rooms albeit dated, were very comfortable and clean. Airconditioning was great. Free parking is also available on site. There is also a small shop selling snacks and drinks at the lobby. The guest relations staff and bellhops were attentive and always served with a smile. Will definitely visit again.

Decent rooms. Amid the design is a bit dated. But clean nevertheless. Staffs are attentive and service is good. It's a good location near the main areas where malls and eateries are found. Overall, this places is good value for money and they provides good service. No complaints here.

7/9/2023 - Thursday. 1st time, my husband & I staying in Holiday Inn in Melaka. From the outside view and entrance is magnificent with warm, helpful, friendly concierge service. The check-in receptionists were very pleasant, too. The design was fascinating with bringing the warm, welcoming feeling, which makes us feel so relaxed with good memories for this hotel. The room is clean, well-lit, spacious with big coffee making stations. We were definitely coming back to this hotel in the near future. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We stayed in the Holiday inn for just the 1 night during our trip from Singapore up through Malaysia to Penang. Wow what a great hotel! We have stayed in a few Holiday inn's over the years and if i am honest i wasn't expecting much but was i wrong this place is exceptional. The room was lovely and spacious with a very comfy bed and a fabulous view out of the windows. The highlight for me was the breakfast, such a huge variety to choose from. Melaka was definitely an interesting place to visit and made so much better by the Holiday Inn. Well done!!

Staff are excellent, always friendly and proactive. Unfortunately the rooms are a little tired and dated, as it's been a while since their last update. A little musty, and not sure when the carpets last received a deep clean. Location is excellent to the two big malls, and tons of good food around.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
