The hotel is good value for money. Outside it is a tram stop and it’s close to a couple stations. You can get to the city centre in 10 minutes or so. Hotel is clean, staff are attentive. Rooms are good but a bit on the smaller side.

The hotel rooms are very nice and the staff was amazing and extremely helpful. It didn't bother me but there are trolley tracks very close to the hotel that might bother some as the trolley can be loud at times. I would stay here again

I have stayed 70+ nights with IHG (from six senses to HIX) in several countries this year before coming to this property. Well, STAY AWAY from this property is highly recommended for those who really knows what 4STAR hotel is like and don't want to feel irritated. Those who don't care much about it, I think better spend the same amount of money for other hotel would be very much better. Location and room is fine but service and staff's attentiveness is horrible.

Standard holiday inn, means you know what you get. Staff was super friendly, especially at check in. Breakfast was ok (I recommend Italian croissants filled with cream), room was in good condition, except rain shower that was fixed too low. Location is very convenient: there is a tram stop just around the corner, tram number 2 brings you to Duomo in 20 minutes. Several good restaurants nearby, one supermarket is next door and another one is in 5 minutes walk.

Travellers beware! This hotel is plagued with a mosquito infestation. It seems like there are more mosquitoes there than in a tropical rainforest. What it needs is a massive fumigation operation. Stay here at your own risk, if you wish to be bitten by mosquitoes 50 times in your sleep.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
