The hotel is mediocre at best. The hotel hallways feel stale and old and the room is somewhat clean, low ceilings, and a few little stains on the cushion. The food is somewhat good but if we want to eat it in our room we have to carry it up ourselves plus we have to pay for the parking €20 a night. I would rather stay at a nicer hotel where the parking is free, they don’t even give water bottles in the hotel room

I enjoyed my stay here very much. The rooms were bright and clean. The toiletries in-room were fabulous and smelled heavenly. There was also a large lobby with a bar, a great restaurant, and easy access to local transportation. The staff was knowledgeable, helpful, and also spoke English. Two grocery stores and other shops are in easy walking distance. This was the perfect "home base" for our group, and I would come back as a solo traveler.

Good location from airport. Walk 3 minutes from Rosenheimerplatz station connected to metro. There is restaurants, supermarket, Asia mart close to hotel. Breakfast is various food and tasty. Room is quite good standard, fit space, clean, new, good bedding.my room has city view in high floor.It’s best city view.I love it. Staff is friendly and helpful. Good price. Very convenient for me. I enjoy staying here so I will comeback again.

Very nice hotel. Service of staff is very good. Rooms are well cleaned and house cleaning done everyday. We felt need of extra heater and it was made available in 10mins. Toilet is clean and shower and bathtub are good. There are 88 rooms on one floor and there are 11 floors. 4 elevators help to avoid crowd. Breakfast service is good and many options available for cereals, cheese, meat and juices. Entire honey comb is kept for people to take original honey right from the artificial bee hive.

Really nice stay and convenient location. 16 mins walk to Marienplatz . Direct airport train S8 below the hotel and don’t even need to come out of the building. The building has many restaurants cafes bars supermarket and Laundry. Take the S8 exit towards GASTEIG as that will lead you directly to the hotel. Rooms are clean and there is a Saunu and ample fitness rooms. Breakfast is standard but busy. Only downside is the room walls are thin but it’s fine.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
