Wonderful time travel in 70s architecture. Building is old but well maintained. Rooms have updated furniture and are clean and comfortable. Very quiet surroundings. Paid parking on-site and limited free street parking. Too expensive compared to other - more modern - Munich hotels but a nice experience nevertheless.

Great experience at this hotel. The room was clean and we had great service. There was a bit of wait for the breakfast and it was sometimes hard to find somewhere to sit to eat but all in all it was good. There's also a restaurant/terrasse outside. Very nice.

Great accommodations! Descent size rooms, bed were a bit small but not a sofa bed for 2nd bed so that was awesome. Good AC, quiet rooms. Breakfast was amazing! Best we’ve seen at a European hotel in our 28 days in the road. Kudos to Jennifer of the morning staff. Pool was fun if a bit cold. All facilities were in fantastic shape and well cared for. Thank you!

When you walk up to the Holiday Inn Munich South, you immediately see: This is an older hotel. This first impression is a common thread throughout the stay. In principle, this is not a bad thing. After all, even older hotels can be well-kept. By and large, this is also the case with this hotel. However, not everywhere. Examples: Underground parking, an elevator and the sauna are "out of order," in one of the toilets of the not-so-dewy sanitary facilities next to the cold mini-pool, a spider including a web is waiting for its prey. Otherwise, everything is quite well maintained, clean and partially renovated. Breakfast, however, is taken in a restaurant that has fallen out of time somewhat in the meantime. This is also due to the fact that the presentation of the otherwise good breakfast is somewhat unfortunate. What I really have to criticize about this hotel is the unmotivated and partly untrained staff. With a few very few exceptions, you are confronted with employees who tell you non-verbally that you somehow don't care whether the guest is satisfied or not. For a few days this hotel is ok. It would be much better if the management would use for training and motivation of the staff.

Very beautiful room with great facilities and lovely pool, it was a fabulous stay and the staff are really friendly the girl Laila was really really helpful and extremely welcoming and she always greeted us with a lovely smile. otherwise the place was clean n comfortable too.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
