The room was great- the location wasn’t the best but was convenient from the airport. The breakfast was tasteful and full of options. Overall, I would come back to this hotel. Be careful if you order a taxi from the airport/ we waited and waited and no one ever showed up. We finally just took our own to the hotel. When we got there they said the guy was at the airport looking for us. The communication here was lacking and the method needed improvement. Also- do not get a taxi from the front desk- general caution to all foreigners when buying taxis- they will gouge you with price and make you feel like it’s normal there. The front desk wanted is even doing it, this is not a typical IHG method. Download OTAXI- you shouldn’t be paying 8(OMR) to go ANYWHERE in muscat. They were using this tactic because we are foreigners. I paid 3-5 in general but this was still higher than locals.

I went to the hotel and received the best front desk service thanks to Manager "Faisal Al Balushi", he really helped us and made the experience better for an excellent stay at the hotel. The location is convenient to all services and again thanks to the manager "Faisal" who showed us the convenient places near the hotel.

Average 4*. Rooms are good, service was lacking a little. Booked partly because of pool. Was under maintenance, no notice before we arrived. No compensation. A few staff was not too helpful. Wifi a bit spotty. Clean rooms and good bed though. Better and cheaper 4*’s in Muscat.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
