We arrived late after delayed flights. The staff was extremely helpful and kindly gave us a wheelchair to use during our stay. Surprisingly they also gave us two dinners for free which were very good and helped us carry all of our luggage into the room. This was very welcome as I was traveling with my brother who was not well. We really appreciate their kindness and concern. Their customer service went way above and beyond expectations. I'll be staying at Holiday Inn's from now on.

Very nice property! The rooms are clean and well maintained. The hotel's staff (all) definitely have that "it" factor... Superb customer service! The Breakfast Buffet was outstanding; Joel (Host) and the other dinning room staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The gentleman who worked the omelet/special order eggs station was attentive and made some downright delicious omelets! The location of the property is perfect; just a few minutes from the airport and surrounded by everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The check-in process is seamless and we are all well-assisted. The Dining Breakfast Buffet may not have an extensive selection, but the food has been very filling. Thanks to Sir Joel and his dining team for being very accommodating to our group. He made sure that every table is well-taken care of. Kudos!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
